The way that Moyes has been talking up Rooney over the past few weeks, i'd say it's unlikely that the player will be on this bike anytime in the forseeable future.

Those options on the top don't make sense to me.
At this point I would rather keep Rooney and get rid of Moyes.

I still maintain that we should sell him and if it means that it could be only to either Arsenal or Chlesea atleast make the best deal.
Or we could wait ( which is what i am presuming that DM and ED are doing) to see if Chelsea go for Falcao again and then maybe feel Roo to fill that place - we can always get big bucks there. The only problem would be in that we'd have missed a trick there

Kagawa has hardly been his usual self in his one and half years at United. He simply hasn't adapted to the league. So pinning hopes on him and wanting to see Rooney leave at the same time at this stage where we are struggling is a massive gamble.
With Rvp being injury prone we need to find another world class striker to replace him if was to leave in the summer.
If he was to leave he should be sold to some European team. Considering bids from PL rivals will be like weakening ourselves and strengthening our direct rivals at a same time.

If we're really looking to flog him after this season why not put him in midfield next to Jones, tell him to do a job there that we know he can do and play Kagawa behind RVP? Everybody wins. Well, everybody but Wayne. So yes, everybody. I am assuming here that you think he will still be Injury free and in good shape after the World Cup. Riiiight after a tournament which by popular vote seems very likely that England may not progress but still depend on Roo and could get blamed for the poor showing ( him still being a United Player) leaving a very fragile child angry and confused next to player who gave him a nice remainder on his forehead. I am not so sure... The Guy and his agent could well be holding out to get a bigger payout if he were to sign on a free- which is most likely the logicl reason has we seem to want to give him an extension with performance based linking and that can't be accepted by "I am (w)holier than Thou".

Some of this underperforming players will leave before we'd even cast an eye on sacking Moyes. Its bonkers to judge manager after six months and even more ridiculous considering we had one of the greatest manager managing this club from last 26 years and its just one of the toughest job in world football. There were always going to be teething problems post-Fergie era. Those who thought we'd be challanging like before once great man left were living in a cloud cuckoo land.

When DM is taking so much time sorting out his starting IX*, there is no way that he is sure by now, whether he wants to keep him or kick him. Edit: starting XI

Good catch!! Would be happy even if he knows his regular starting 9 out of 11

Adnan Januzaj has said on MUTV that he wants to spend the rest of his career here if he is given the chance.
Pack this fucker up for a good fee and find players to partner up with Ladnan and Kagawa.
