Playing with lot of fire and energy that he has been renowned for. I wanted him sold in the summer and I still am not convinced he'll be here after this season, but he's been vital again today and he has been by far our best player this season. I've certainly changed my opinion about him, just tie him down to a new contract ffs. |

What's baffling is that you continually fail to grasp that most Utd fans cannot stand Rooney for wanting to leave Utd twice. For belittling Fergie by questioning the clubs ambition. For wanting to join a hated rival in Chelsea.

Listen, I don't have the same respect for Rooney as I 've had before because of what happened with him in 2010.
All I've done is praise him for his performance this season, but he will still remain a cunt.

How hard is it to understand ? Rooney will get abuse because he is a cunt not because of his performances on the pitch. There is a difference. And he deserves the abuse. Because he is a fucking cunt, who happens to be playing good football right now so he can get his summer move from the club.
No matter how good he plays on the pitch he cannot get a pass for acting like a cunt for the second time.

I love the whole Rooney is a prick thing because he wanted to leave the club. Ronaldo however tells us he wants to leave the day after we win the European cup, spits his dummy out and eventually gets to move the next summer but yet we sing his name when he comes back. Not to mention he moved to a cancer of a club and went behind our back and talked to Real.
End of the day footballers have short careers and they have to look after themselves. Rooney and Fergie were not getting on anymore, he wanted to leave, he ended up staying and now he is our best player. End of. But by all means keep booing him lads because i'm sure he cares.

Say what you want abour Rooney is regards to his transfer requests but I don't think its fair to question his impact for the club since he arrived. He is one of our top all time goal scorers and has won more for the club than Ronaldo has. Ronaldo was unreal for us but lets face it he used the club as a launching pad for himself and left us as soon as he became a global star. |

I dont think anyone is saying Rooney has not done much for us in terms of success but there are ways of doing things and the way he has behaved towards the club is pretty low. We gave him his big chance to shine, and he has, then he goes and does what he has done twice, and at those particular times of him doing it there were many many many fans wanting him out. Now there are fewer fans who do, the rest have chosen to forget and forgive his ways and jumped back onto supporting the cunt... It doesn't matter what you say or I say we will always differ, I cant stop you supporting a back stabber and like wise you cant stop me thinking he is a cunt....Simples...
