Oh, Herrera's agent doesn't need to drum up anything. He's only going to be sold if a team pays his buy out clause.

The only player I want us linked to from Barca in Jan is Iniesta, any talk of another bid for Fabregas and I will lose the will to live.
The only players we should be interested in are Shaw, Herrera, Iniesta, Garay. We don't need another LB yet. We NEED a midfielder and at this rate another CB. We don't need anymore strikers (Unless there is a chance to get Lewa from under Bayern's noses, which with our record under Woodward is very unlikely).
Those pen pushing fucktards need to start the work now, not on transfer open day. "These deals take time"...Yes they do...When we are concerned. Any other club gets these deals tied up within 10% of the time we do. We don't sign anyone that has the ability now and not in 2 or 3 years then we will no be winning a thing this season.

Also by saying what we've got, we might as well have said "Hey, Clubs, We've got cash, RAISE PRICES!!!!" Even if that was to happen we can afford anyone with the financial backing we have. teh sarcasm!

£ 60 million for Herrera and Barkley in January is admittedly unrealistic but by Zeus would it be worth it.
Midfield? Sorted.

I don't think the media or PR people are the best people to believe. I do think Moyes will be able to strengthen in one way or another this Jan or over the Summer. The gimps are greedy, but not stupid enough to ignore that for any business to be successful, you require investments from time to time. Having watched their running of Tamps Bay this tends to happen every couple of years when fan disillusionment is at its height. They do nothing in the free agent market for ages then pull a mega deal out of the bag. Different situation with Utd obviously but now Fergie is gone it's worth keeping an eye on. Correct me if i am wrong here ,but Temap bay is one of the top 10 worst teams there isn't it. They were good before the gimps took over and if that's to be a general yardstick i'd say that there are more dark clouds hanging than any silver lines. ATM ,my only hope lies in what a Investment broker United fan mentioned , the way Glazers are being aggressive in drumming the Marketing and sponsorship deals is similar to a business driving up its share Value so that they are bought up by another at a price far higher than any quoted earlier or one that operates on market sense and leave when the going is good with bucket load of cash. I Know the glazers have repeatedly said no to sale , but could be holding out for a big money deal - i actually won't put it past them - that said he is yet to get back on who could be that rich to actually buy us

Tampa Bay were always dreadful . When the leeches took over initially they did well but since then have been awful. I've written on this before, pretty much every NFL team is stretched to the max in regards to salary cap as that's how you get a good team together, as there is no transfer fees. However, one team is regularly way under the salary cap by a distance. Guess which one? Also, there have been regular discussions with the league with the underlying threat to take the team away from the area. This is because they have had more 'blackouts' on tv than any other. Basically if a team isn't sold out local tv is 'blacked out' from showing it, to try to boost sales. This happens pretty rarely due to the sports popularity. But not in Tampa due to the consistent wretchedness of the team. Then suddenly out of the blue they'll shell out huge cash to sign a superstar free agent.
In short, Tampa Bay is a by word in the NFL as to how NOT to run a successful football team.

Boy does this fill me up with so much confidence. Now i am more than hoping and praying on what the investment broker said.
+I am going to throw in El Shawaary's name in the ring if we are in for a striker. also amazed at how confident peeps are in doing biz with Everton or Everton doing biz with us ,me i think they will hard ball with us just as Spurs have with Fergie. same on Herrera's deal being done. Believe it when i see it

Given how there is a salary cap, free agency and the lowest teams get first choice in the draft, it actually takes some doing to consistently be one of the very worst teams in the NFL. Pretty much every side has its ups and downs (my own team the Broncos were awful for about 5 years but are excellent now due to good management) but it takes hard work to be that bad for so long.

Oluwashina Okeleji @oluwashina 4m Cameroon midfielder Alex Song is set to return to England in January.
Fecafoot official: "His agent is talking to some clubs."
In all honesty, tinted specs aside, hypothetically I'd have spent the 27 or what not million we paid for Fellaini and used a fraction of that to get Song.

Cue the 'not good enough' cries, even though if you'd watched his last season in England and in particular his relationship with RVP, you'd know he certainly is.

Would people still take Song now? Would seem a little unnecessary but he is a midfielder..
