Calls it a day on his managerial career. Regardless of the negative bits, I will always miss his interviews and press conferences. Some of which were funny as fuck. Were? I can't look at Fellaini's hair without thinking of sex masochism.

Brilliant career, brilliant manager who's time passed. If Fergie had gone the first time and we had replaced him with van Gaal I genuinely think the Dutch lunatic would have been a big success for us. He came too late. I'll choose to remember the pressers, continually beating the Scousers, and the FA Cup. Thanks Louis, you were as entertaining as your football wasn't. Madman.
Red wine all round.

Always brilliant to listen to, had a knack of beating the Scousers and won us an F.A Cup. Didn't enjoy his football but I'll remember him fondly.
He deserves respect for his career as a whole. Without doubt one of the best managers of the last 25 years. As above I've also always thought he'd have been a success if he'd have managed us when Fergie originally expressed a desire to retire but for me he came in too late with the club at an incredibly low point. He steadied the ship to an extent but couldn't take us any further.
Enjoy your retirement, Louis!

Gave us quite a few laughs in his tenure here, inspite of the dour football. Was also kryptonite to the rat munchers. Makes it a genuine half and half of torment and laughter.

AND THE LAST THING I SEE IS MY HEART
Still beating
I miss his personality. Liked the man. Brilliant record against the big teams. Signings were decent not great. Brilliant youth manager. Let himself down with the style. Good luck Louis.

I'll always remember him fondly for his dipper beating and cup winning exploits. The football was dull but the man wasn't. Enjoy your retirement Louis.
