Might sound like a bit of an idiot here but I actually didn't realize Wazza and Falcon were the same age, for some reason I thought the latter was younger.
Anyway, this could mean one of two things, neither very good. Wazza or one of our current four strikers out or, also a possibility, Wazza into midfield and no midfield addition in the summer (AGAIN).

Wouldn't mind Rooney out to be honest. It'd be an upgrade.

Well, yeah, I guess.
But what about Bebe, Jorge? You owe us big time, man. #Christmas_Smilie_Dry#

Wouldn't mind Rooney out to be honest. It'd be an upgrade. between losing rooney and hernandez i'd rather keep hernandez, and i'm not someone who especially thinks we should sell waz. but the biggest worry for me when i see us linked with more strikers is 'what about chico', and not 'what about wayne'.

Just imagine a striker choice of Rooney, Van Persie and Falcao though. How ridiculous is that?!
We'd be sending Chica out if Falcao comes in, no doubt about it. Rooney is adaptable to the team whereas Hernandez isn't in the fact you could put Rooney in midfield and he'd do a job if needed.

Can't see Rooney staying, he ain't going to play third fiddle behind them pair. I think Welbeck will stay so maybe it'll be Falcao, RvP, Welbeck and Keane? Pretty sure Fergie said Keane would of played a part this year before getting injured?

I don't think he particularly needs to play third fiddle though. I don't see why we can't play with a front 3 of Rooney RVP and Falcao much like when Tevez and Ronaldo where with us.
It will change Rooneys game up a bit and maybe bring the best out of him again. I still think he may feel his position in the team in secure regardless of Chica and Welbeck.

I absolutely do NOT want Hernandez anywhere near a potential Falcao deal. If we're moving a main striker on, it has to be Rooney. I'm scared of Hernandez leaving, really badly.

I've seen a few stories today saying that we'll offer Pea to Athletico

Going to a traditional two up-front? ^^ I think this. as for the Pea to Atletico as part exchange, it makes sense to me. there has been murmurings all season that Atletico wanted him as a replacement for when Falcao leaves. if Falcao is valued at 50-55 mil, i can see us sending Pea to them with 25 mil. and i would be happy with that. now dont get me wrong, i dont want the guy to leave, as i love to see that smile on his face when he scores. but be under no illusion, he deserves to start, and he and his agent (his dad, btw) know this. if this Falcao tattle is true, then i dont expect him to be happy continuing his current 4th choice striker role (assuming Roon gets shipped on). so either way he may be for the off. better off this way, where we get a world class striker as a replacement. as for the truth to this story, as with RVP, i'll believe it when he's on his way for the medical, until then it remains a pipe dream. (which SAF will probably dismiss come tonight/tomorrow)

I would rather have Falcao than Chica that's the reality of it. Seeing Falcao in the side will send shivers down the spine of most of europe, seeing Chica in the side doesn't unfortunately. Don't get me wrong here I LOVE Chica but think Falcao would be a better option for us!
