He scores a goal that looks exactly like Agüero's on Monday. Walks past a bunch of defenders and scores across his body whilst falling over.
SIGN HIM.

Falcao is a great player. i think we do have the money to sign him, but with Lewandowski being sold this summer (Dortmund said so) and his open preference to moving to United, and being a cheaper signing, i think it is far more likely we will sign Lewa instead of Falcao.
but if we do sign Falcao, i am going to start getting some pretty wet dreams about our forward line, assuming Zaha settles in fine and the wingers get some kind of form. i can see Rooney going due to his fitness issues. i dont want to see Chicharito leave at all.

Falcao is absolute class. But you'd have to think either Chico or Rooney would be on their way. To help fund the deal as well as find room for him to play.

If he goes and if he goes to Atletico, then surely we should swap him + cash for Falcao? But yeah, not gonna happen. (from the "Chelsea chasing Hernandez" thread) If it happens, I'd just like to say that I called it

So this rumour blossomed pretty sharpish. Would make our team look like my FM2013 team, Falcao is a monster on that.
Still its rather strange, if we have ~£45mill to spend on individual player that really opens up to who we could buy. If it has some truth to it, then surely someone would have to leaving. Spending that money on purely another striker would be idiotic. I personally wouldn't want Rooney to leave, I know hes not flavour of the month here at the moment. Seems strange that some talk so flippantly about him going, for a guy whose on course to be our own and Englands top goalscorer of all time before he even reaches 30 years old. But as I said I cant see Falcao coming without someone going.
Would be good to keep him away from City and Chelsea though. What's this about putting a 'down payment like we did with De Gea'? If a deals done, then deals done surely?
