There was some talk that ADM might of tweeked a hamstring, I hope like hell that isn't the case. When he went down first thing I thought of was LvG throwing a brick through the TV and cursing the tournament

How long until the press says Vidal is sold to Real Madrid or that he'll wait for Barcelona?

How long until the muppet press says Vidal is sold to Real Madrid or that he'll wait for Barcelona, and then tomorrow print that Ed is readying a massive bid to bring him to United, and Brenda and the Scousers are going to try and steal him because he has great character (when he isn't drunk driving and running over little old ladies) ^fixed

We need Vidal. He was awesome. A bit reckless at times, but what a fucking player. GET HIM.
and congratulations to Chile. They earned it and they deserved it. Messi was anonymous for most of the 2nd half, shows how dependent he is on Barca teammates. It's insane that in a cup final the match can run 15 minutes without an announcer saying Messi's name.
Henriquez looked good too.

As if more proof were needed about Vidal's quality. Honestly. Why haven't we made our move yet.
Also, Higuain is absolutely fucking rubbish in the big games. World Cup final, now Copa America final. This Argentina team are absolute chokers.

The game against Germany should have been won but Higuain was rubbish . yet again. They've got Di Maria , Messi, Aguero , Lavezzi, Tevez, Higuain , Pastore in their attack positions . mind blowing how they couldn't put a goal past Chile .

More than being chokers, I'd say their coach Tata is a fucking clueless twat..
Why bring back scarface to national fold only to sub that perennial big game choker Higuain on? The set up is all wrong also...

If you count the Messi free kicks straight into the keeper's arms, it was 3? 4? Chile were the underdogs here and outplayed, outthought, and outmuscled Argentina. I enjoyed the hell out of this game though.

God Vidal really is brilliant. When he's on form he is, in my humble opinion, the most complete player in the world. He can do everything - attack, defend, dribble, pass, cross etc. and would be beyond perfect for us. He also has a brilliant penalty record which is something we could use.

Chile's penalties were bee-yoo-tiful too. That first one, arrowed into the upper corner, was a big fuck you to the other side. And Sanchez's attempted panenka that still went in. Madness.

I'm not sure why people are saying that Sanchez's pen was so amazing, he tried the panenka and just about got it off the floor
