That's outrageous, that's why there's been no movement in the transfer window for the last 25 mins. Rustin Cohle we have a serious problem here, and you need to fix it, pronto.

Dear Rustin, I am fat. What do? regards Carbon Dear Carbon, I'm sorry to hear that. I recommend a few things: 1) Carve out some time to engage in physical activity that you enjoy, be it playing football with friends, going for a run or a swim, or just some situps in the comfort of your own room with your headphones in. 2) Don't completely change your diet, but make a few small changes. Things like replacing unhealthy snacks on your desk at work with apples or bananas - often when we snack at work (including me) we just want something to eat and don't really care what, so this can be an easy way to eat healthier. 3) Buy smaller plates, so it looks like there is more food on the plate than there actually is. 4) Always leave something on your plate at mealtime - this creates a good mentality. 5) Allow yourself some cheat days to have your favourite food. In this case I am assuming it is pizza; if we assume United get to the final of every competition they participate in this season (a formality under Jose obviously) then we will play, by my estimation, 68 games (from the Community Shield to the FA Cup final) over 9 months. That works out as 1 pizza every 4 days in those 9 months (a ratio you can keep going between May-July due to international games, friendlies and a pizza for every transfer rumour you like), which may seem like a lot, but it will keep you happy and, when combined with my other steps, shouldn't be a problem. Lots of love, Rustin
