Of course you can't blame dropping points solely on game raising but you can't dismiss it either.
Remember the comments Fergie made which led to Kevin Keegan having a rant ?
He basically said Leeds were cheating their manager and alluded to a team not putting in the same performance as they do against us.

It’s no good complaining that other teams are raising their game, it’s up to us to raise ours and there’s plenty of room for that.

A win of any description will keep me happy, but in a week when city look amazing and playing with such freedom, it would be good to win with a confidence inspiring performance. There was some good little link ups in the derby, we have it in us to truly rip these teams apart, it's time to deliver a few performances.
Would love to see Shaw force his way into the team, would be harsh on Young but I've not given up on Shaw and he has great potential. Lets hope he can realise his potential now.
Another must win game eh.

No Mkhitaryan again. Hopefully out in January.
Disappointed Lukaku gets yet another bye but if you consider Rashford and Martial as outside left-s then there really is no genuine competition for him. At least Rashford has a deserved start. Martial and he have been much better rotating this season than shoehorning both into the XI.
Think Shaw should have been given a start.

Could be down to easing him in due to the injury but that excuse can only be used for so much. Id be more pissed that Lukaku gets excused again and Martial gets dropped. Could play him up top instead. |
