I’d certainly start Lingard, his pressing is vital.
Without Pogba, we should have enough to beat them in midfield. Ox, Can and Milner is appalling.

Scouse don't have a great midfield, it's all about nullifying their admittedly superb attack. As always against these men I expect them to come out flying, so we'll probably have to weather the early storm.
I make us favourites if we get through the first 25/30 minutes level or better.

Bailly starts at least which is good.
Smalling and Young keep their places...ffs.
Other than that not a bad side, Lingard should be starting though as Stew points out.
Go out there and fucking smash them. Focus on attacking and we won't need to worry about the defence so much. If ever there's a game in the season to turn up and show what your capable of, this is
it.

Scousers will be rubbing their hands looking at that lineup. No way we keep a clean sheet today, we're going to have to have our best scoring boots on to get anything out of this imo. Reckon they'll score 2 at least.
