cant really decide. whatever i try to prefer in my mind feels wrong A family of pariahs is (marginally) better, in my view, than an extremist, Wahabbi-inspired pariah state. At least the Glazer's are only responsible for reprehensible acts which affect us poor Utd fans. The Saudi's are directly and indirectly responsible for decades of heinousness. I think we should be hoping for something better. How many fans have Utd reportedly got world wide? Forbes.com says 659million. If we all throw in a quid, is that enough to buy it off the Glazers?

Nope, allegedly they want four billion. Even fergie would struggle getting us that many fans.

Not a big fan of saudis myself, but unfortunately sustainable success in modern football is based on money , if they cant buy United they will probably end up buying liverpool or spurs , and we dont want that.
I would be ok if they dont rename old trafford or change club devil symbol and generally stay the fuck away from the club for most part , United may have to do few saudi arabia tours and exhibition matches pre season though.

We generate enough money to compete without a sugar daddy. Only problem is someone raising the initial money. It could be dirty money. I don't fancy it.

We're stuck with the Glazers and Ed until someone buys us out and we already know how that pans out long-term, nobody legit is gonna pay what it takes. We don't need a sugar daddy, we need someone who doesn't see us as a cash cow and allows us to function properly as a football club rather than a company, even if it's a PR exercise for an oil state. Their goal will be success on the pitch. Also great potential for Ed to be 'silenced' when he opposes any takeover.

The greedy grasping twats! Not only have they put a plague on the house they are so fucking greedy they are scaring off any respectable prospective buyers so we are left with the filthy rich Man City type corporations. Not enough that they have Robin Hood us! They are destined to return as simple organisms in the next life for sure.

With that kind of potential valuation,it is only ever going to be some mega rich Petrochem organisation that going to have enough loose change,to throw at a new toy like us.

A fans buyout is what I’d like to see, but at £4 billion I don’t think that’ll happen. Oh and fuck the Saudi Prince, no thank you.

im so torn. I don't want Saudi's takin over our club, nor do I want Saudi's buying arms off my country.
the Uk and USA work with Saudi's in supplying them with weapons etc so we are already supportin their regime.
if they had to buy us, or another uk club where they will make elite. id rather them buy us.
its just a shit show whatever way you look at it. football has lost.
