If I could guarantee a like for like replacement I would sell him. He's not done enough for us to behave like this.Barca have quite clearly tapped him up.
Andre fucking Gomes is one big fucking dud and they know it.
But knowing DickEd he would sell him and tell the boss to make do with McTominay.

Your ability to bring Jose into any conversation knows no bounds. Maybe I should find all those comments from posters that have slagged him off for his performances over the last two seasons eh?There's plenty enough of them. Regardless of whether he likes his boss he's behaving like a prick.

Dion Dublins assessment of the match: Fair enough from Dion, apart from the bollocks about Sanchez’s off the ball work. Do something with the fucking ball and then we’ll talk off the ball work.

The Lukaku miss was typical Lukaku unfortunately. Nothing to do with rustiness, he just needs to be more clinical full stop.
Aguero, Kane, they don't miss those chances.

My nephew was over so I asked him about the crowd and Sanchez. He said his section was initially supportive of him but once the passes started to get misplaced regularly the change was palpable. Groans and a general air of ‘ffs’ pretty much all second half.

A clearer message could not be sent.

Fred has the same tenacious style of play as Herrera. Said it a few times during the game that he has the same style of play. Does everything at 100 mph and gets about the pitch. It was a solid debut.
Pereira took his starting role and excelled, at least he's another option to rotate with Matic in certain games. He'll also do a good job in the other two roles in that MF so I think he'll get a fair few games this year

I used to love watch him hound every player and every ball before, but he's lost a yard of pace now. I also think Fred right now is a slightly more technical and nimble footballer than Herrera was.

Oh yeah. That's why I was careful how I worded it and went with style of play, hopefully he is a better Herrera than Herrera*! 😁 *And I fucking love Herrera

Our team can play exceptional football, problem is we switch on and off way too frequently. I just want to see us bully sides, show them no respect and have the belief that we are better than anyone else.
That’s why I was so frustrated with Jose this summer. His job is to build up these players, if he’s discontent with Woodworm that shouldn’t be on the expense of squad’s confidence. A winning team is a confident team; excuses and negativity result in lapses in concentration and being extremely reactive to external events (rather than just being certain of your ability to get the job done).

Im checking back in after a couple of years in the wilderness. Life happens. Thought we were ok and got the win. Loved Luke Shaw's performance and I was so so happy for the lad. Fred is a huge addition and could be a difference maker in big games this season. Dynamisim and looking after the ball exactly what we need. We got the win and on to next game v Brighton. I don't understand why we surrender the pitch and possession to lesser teams. We had the much better footballers on the pitch on Friday night but relinquished authority and played on the counter. I don't get it.
