Lindelof our best outfield player this season? He really can't be too far off. Himself and Martial

Lindelof our best outfield player this season? He really can't be too far off. I think there is a monster there, waiting to flourish. Someone to teach him the dark arts. preferably Italian, would be be ideal.

For those saying it is time for Mourinho to go for a different approach, ask yourself this; can you see the gimps funding wholesalse changes to this squad to implement these changes?
A manager with Mourinho's CV being told by a bean counter, that his choice of centre half targets are no better than what we have. What chance would a young guy have?

That dinner Ferguson had with Pep was always a bit of a coincidence. I think he was effectively being sounded out but wasn't interested. He was the man who should've taken over, not Mourinho and I say that as one of Pep's biggest doubters for a long time. Moyes was the chosen one. He was told by Fergie not to sign a new contract. Fergie was blindsided and the board were sold what they thought would get them regular top 4 without breaking the bank. Blindsided by whom exactly? Himself?

What happened to Martial yesterday? He had a quiet/poor game. Shaw being out allowed Palace to double up on him as they knew Young offered no threat from the left. Young cuts back on to his favored right foot and they defended it easily (11 unsuccessful crosses I read.) Shaw can still improve his attacking but teams have to respect the natural width he provides. Which in turn helps the LW whoever it is.

What chance would a young guy have? sorry but whilst i understand what you're saying. whatever happened to Jose coaching the midfield or attackers, why is it all down to him getting the centre half? a centre half would create goals and score them and also play incisive passes? Whilst i believe we should have got alderwield the shambles we are seeing for me has nothing to do with it. lets also remember the flip side of the summer was a manager of Jose's CV not realising Martial is our best attacker by far and wanted him shipped out for a 30 year old. board are pants but so is Jose right now, window is closed get on with the job at hand, there are more than enough good players at his disposal for us to be beating palace, brighton, wolves and not be where we are in the league.

What happened to Martial yesterday? Stewart has hit the nail on the head. Thought Martial just looked totally disinterested yesterday, he does usually with his demeanour, but more so on Saturday. He was scoring regularly but seems Jose has sucked the life out of him.

November and we are 14 points off the top of the table, absolute disgrace Yeah but if we would of got that 1 CB Jose wanted we would now be playing free flowing attacking football and probably be top of the league.

Need him to eventually step up in situations like that. It's what kicked Ronaldo on to the level he's at. Hard to be too critical when so much around him is painfully average.

You know why Ronaldo kicked into gear ? Keane . The pure value of a captain like that is immeasurable. Right now we have a fucking bunch of soft as fuck prima donnas and not a single leader among the lot of them. So there's nobody to hold them accountable and responsible. Keane was an extension of Ferguson on the pitch. THE role model. Who the fuck do we have now among this lot ...

Take the piss all you want. SAF's teams were built on a solid centre half partnership.
