Love that Pereira and Rashford are not afraid to shove the Leicester players around.

Love what McTominay did at the end there, just enough to piss them off without geting himself into trouble

Massive win. Played pretty well without Pogba. Everyone stepped up today including the manager.
IMO his double change bringing on Fred and Chong has been the best tactical change, of his tenure here so far. Also didn’t wait too long to make it happen.

We finally put away a penalty. Definitely consider this a great result with so many players missing, but this was a poor match, like U21s level of quality (not to diss the U21s, just a lot of players today not looking like professionals). Scott McTominay MOTM for me.

We defended really well. Leicester were poor in the final third, which helped.
I like Matic playing certain games. He’s calm enough on the ball but an hour is his limit.
We still lack any dynamism going forward, though.
In all, more positives than negatives from that. IMO.

Chong started off like Bebe but slowed it down and did well. Matic has no business starting any more, Fred gives us everything he does and more pace and bite. Matic was a genuinely great CDM but his race is run now well and truly.

That may have been Scott’s best game for Utd. Really good stuff.

“An unconvincing performance” the journo’s will no doubt trumpet this weekend, heigh-ho, a win is a win.

Clean sheet which we weren't expecting. Some games, especially when you've got a few injuries are more about the results than the performances and after the last few weeks I'll gladly take that today.

Mata disappointing today for me. He might be done at this level.

Hats off to big Vic with so much pressure on him having a massive rebound performance.

Matic was a genuinely great CDM but his race is run now well and truly. Fred and McT should be tried vs Astana. Fred genuinely looked solid today and that's a tough midfield to battle

Mata disappointing today for me. He might be done at this level. He had so good moments but he’s never going to dominate like he did with Chelsea. That’s all you can really get out of him anymore, moments.

That may have been Scott’s best game for Utd. Really good stuff. Paris away for me was his real stand out performance, but i agree it was really good stuff from him. I get that at times he will go missing in games but these types of performances show what is to come from him when he is more consistent
