I think Fred played well, but I still want to see more creativity from him. A big step up from where he was before though. Himself and Scott are building up a nice partnership. If Pogba comes back put him in the Lingard role and let the two boys do the grunt work. Exactly . He has had a very clearly defined role to play these past few games and he's done a fantastic job at it. If he played an advanced role then we could expect him to provide more creative output but he's not been placed in that position. |

Credit to Ole and his staff for identifying an issue with our previous formation and changing it. Considering the depth we have a at FB, we should be moving forward with this formation.
It’s also really incredible that this team could be the one to end our misery in the league at Stamford bridge. I have a good feeling we could do the league double over them. Add to the fact it’s Lampard as their manager would make it much sweeter.

what i like most about marcus is his mentality. he can go through bad patches, missing penalties, shooting free kicks out of the stadium, out of confidence or not winning a bloody dribble for a while. yet he just keeps going and tries again and again and again until eventually everything comes good again and he takes responsibility in the biggest games. the barrage of shit he gets on social media would make lesser men/boys crumble. |

I'd say he'll fuck off back to free Catelonia soon enough anyway and I doubt he'll win a CL here either. Klopp too as I doubt either of them will hang around past 5 years |
