We’re 5 points off the relegation zone. I think we look worse than mid table. When Jose was sacked it was 12. Jose had a much better team and anyway he was a C--T He had Pogba in those first two years, along with Herrera and Fellaini, Mata before his retirement contract and despite the whinging from many, Mikki was a useful player particularly in Europe and Matic in year 2 and Lukaku and Zlatan year one as well as Martial and Rashford That's infinitely better than Fred and Pereira and 4 left wingers as strikers.. I mean seriously, you can't honestly look at that team we put out now and say it's anything but unbalanced and generally crap in midfield and completely lobsided and inexperienced in attack, with a decent defence! You can't compete at this level without a top class striker and a very creative player in the middle. You could blame Ole, for pushing out Lukaku without a replacement or actually believing he would get one, as well as some decent midfielders to replace the 3/4 gone or past it in the squad. He was more than likely the one responsible for handing Mata and Pereira extended contracts, when they both should have been cut. This is literally the worst United team, since the mid 80's, with an inexperienced, untried coach, but I doubt anyone else would get much more out of them. I wouldn’t even know where to start with this or even that I’d wish to. So much wrong with it.

You can write CAT here - it's okay, we're cat people.

We’re 10 points off 4th. 10. Honestly thought it'd be more.

It's being made to look mid table. Which it is The one think I have noticed though is the poor movement of the players up front ( as well as the lack of creative passers in mf) The movement is terrible. We do not have one striker with any nous and it doesn't seem like they are being coached either. It's all a bit shit version of Leicester 4 years ago its a squad on paper that should be finishing 6th/7th. the starting line up isn't bad but our depth is shocking were nowhere near that atm. our defence and gk cost a fortune and on paper its on the best in the league rashford and martial would get into most starting line ups, bar liverpool, city, spurs, possibly arsenal. our midfield isn't great, but neither was liverpools a few seasons ago but they weren't this bad at controlling a game. the coaching just isn't there Nobody is going to coach Fred and Pereira and Mctominay into a top midfield capable of challenging or even getting to 4th.. NOBODY! McT is ok he has some potential the other two forget it

Good enough to keep their sides from relegation but nowhere near the quality needed for a CL place. McTominay could be part of a top midfield. Imagine how much better Liverpool would be with McTominay playing Henderson's role.

No one expects a league challenge but getting beaten by West Ham, Bournemouth, Newcastle or Palace shouldn’t really need a completely new team should it ?
