A good thing about Grealish is that he's often played from the left for Villa this season, meaning it'd give us more flexibility instead of trying to shoehorn players in which we've done far too much of in recent times.
Grealish, a RW, DM/CM, CB and ST should be the aim IMO, and with planning done, should be doable (but let's be honest, it won't be).

The best way of attaining mire players in the summer is calling juve for pogba. They will be open to offer a cb, Cm and some cash.
Real will offer us players that will a, not be interested or b, not gonna be at the level to help us push on.

The best way of attracting the best is to bring in an elite manager. We should have learned this lesson with Moyes. The club is performing well , players will scramble to come here. It’s that simple.

From what I’ve seen this season, Grealish is every bit as good as Maddison.
He’s more of a shithouse and has leadership qualities too.

Well we've already signed one player out of the summer budget, apparently! so i really can't see any more than another 2 coming in!! Could defo see Grealish being one of them, not sure who else, certainly won't be Sancho, more like a Ryan Fraser from Bournemouth or someone of that ilk!
I'm absolutely dreading the summer window and next season, we are royally fucked!!
Anyone who thinks there will be 5-6 players coming would have to be the most optimistic, pint half full, fucker going !

Ability wise I'd have Maddison over him though. I thought the same previously but getting a proper look at Grealish in the Premier League this year I think they’re evenly matched on ability. He’s matured massively since I last watched him regular. Fighting it out in the Championship has done him some good. I know stats don’t mean everything but he’s also got similar stats to him this season in a much worse side.

Problem is we need a striker and a midfielder. They won’t come cheap especially the names we’ve been linked with. I would be amazed if Bruno wasn’t out of the summer budget. The last throw of the dice for a top 4 push/keep the fans quiet.

If Grealish is a target I'm not sure why we can't get a deal wrapped up allready.

If Grealish is a target I'm not sure why we can't get a deal wrapped up allready. Because the next manager might not want him/he is going to cost lots of money/they don’t know if Pogba is going/how much they can get for him/TheGlazers. Any or all of the above.

Why? I think he'd be ideal. I think he’s bang average.

it depends on what system ole is wanting to play. does he want 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1.
I do think a CM, a player like Neves is higher on the needs list to Grealish. but if Villa get relegated I would be all over it. he can shoot, pass, dribble and he's well built and can take a challenge.
hes scored some belting goals this year and if villa do stay up it will all be down to him.

Ole won't be here in the summer which will present a new manager with huge problems if the budget isn't there to bring the quality of the squad up to where it should be.

Not sure how you can be so sure that Ole won't be here come the summer, he is exactly the person they want fronting up to the fans and media so why would they get rid, they're not bothered about the football side of it anyway and Ed has made it quite clear they are backing Ole and his "Re-build/culture reset" bollox

This goes beyond a few injuries/fitness or whatever other excuses fans want to make for him. There’s only so far you can peddle rebuilding propaganda when the manager is so hilariously bad. Our next games are Chelsea, Watford, Everton, City and Spurs ( not sure it’s in that order exactly but thereabouts).
