As things stand they are one of our 'rivals' for top 4 cup , glazers and ed dont want them to strengthen further. That has to be the only explanation ! That can't be case because we asked for a fee. Didnt they also block Rojo moving to Everton last time ? If top 4 is their real target then everton really are a rival and ed wouldnt want them strengthening anymore. I think we might have sold if it was some Italian or spanish clubs coming up with same offer. |
