Take a point. On paper, our hardest game left. Much better than Spurs, but we weren't creative enough until James went off when we were much better. Thought we might have got one at the end, but wasn't to be. James should not be starting games. Completely agree. He should be backup to Rashford on the left. We actually need 2 rw’s. |

He has to start over James now. James might actually be useful coming from the bench against tired defenders. |

Problem with Rash was he ran his arse off. But in the wrong direction. He was too busy covering others not doing enough.
James needs to be back up for the time being. Hes not solid enough to be starting.
Very impressed with Mason when he came on. Seems like he's bulked up aswell. Nearly won it for us aswell. Needs to be used a lot more.
Better than a loss. If nothing else I have more respect for Keane after tonight than anything else.

Just the 36 points behind Liverpool. They do have a game in hand though. Making brilliant progress though. |

Dave needs to get a rollicking for that, it’s not out of character which is what concerns me, he has been off his best this season.
Granted he has had years of mad peak form but we need that now that we are building something.
Pogba well he showed why if committed you extend his contract and play him and Bruno. Non of this gerrard and Lampard conundrum, simply tell McTominay to sit, use his energy deeper and allow the artists to paint a perfect picture.

We need to let Henderson challenge Dave next season, not go back out on loan again. A few poor games, or months, happen. But this is 2 years now of mistakes from Dave, at what point do we decide it's no longer simply "poor form"? Not saying sell yet, but let Henderson and Dave fight it out for a season. If that gets him back to his best, then obviously brilliant. If not and he keeps fucking up, then get rid. If you're standing still then you're dropping back, you can't keep someone at the club because "5 years ago he was outstanding", we did that with Rooney. Ferguson knew when it was time to more players on, I genuinely think De Gea would be gone/going if Fergie was still manager. |
