Nah, not having this Cantwell talk. He’s shite! In the bracket with Grealish and Longstaff. If any of them weren't home grown players people would be saying different. None of them are good enough. Grealish is miles ahead of the other two. Not saying he should be a priority but very unfair to put them in the same bracket IMO. |

As I said at start too many changes. When did we last put out strong side get 3-0 up then rest some players. Instead we end up bringing them all on risking injury and end up with extra time. Downright stupid. Lingard sorry but cheerio Dalot had a chance to prove something, he didnt Bailey was OK but still don't thing hes first team material Mata sorry lovely guy but MLS time The one I'm most disappointed with and some wont agree is Shaw, he had so much of the ball in the last third and did fuck all, really want him to succeed but we need someone better IMO Were not bad first choice 11 with a couple of additions but squad is still poor Oh well we're through shaw is overrated by quite a few Utd fans.he offers next to nothing going forward and constantly gets caught out of position when defending. we have more pressing issues in the team to sort out before shaw but in summer 2021 we need to upgrade. |

Signing players like Grealish won’t move us forward. Neither will having to play the likes of Lingard and (sadly now) Mata. If you pay the money Villa want, then Grealish has to start. If you sign someone like Cantwell, ideally for about 30, then he can be a bench option unless he plays so well he has to be picked every week. We can’t keep saying ‘our squad depth is shite’ and then decree every potential depth signing as ‘Not Utd quality’ Sometimes players develop. A few of us were givien the full torches treatment for suggesting Mane a few years ago. |

Our midfield is very strong. I’ve liked Ndidi for a long time and rate Neves. But if we have to prioritise this summer then it to be in attack. BTW, Ndidi and Neves will both set up back around 60 million in this market. |

Our squad is well short on quality, Grealish is miles better then Lingard and periera, the 2 players he would most likely replace in the squad, id happily sign him in the summer, but he can't be our main signing.

Also hes not good enough and shouldnt be in the squad but the level of abuse Lingard has had directly since yesterday, especially on twitter is fucking embarrassing. I hate a portion of our own fanbase sometimes. Criticise the lad by all means but don't throw shit directly at him ffs. Shits u called for. Should be better than that.
