Games like this prove we need more than the 2 or 3 signings we think we need. We have a very good first XI. Which is proving to be costly now as starting them every game is stating take its toll. 9 games in one month most of these have started. Its got me worried about the rest of the Europa league aswell. Luckily we can afford to rest as many as we want against LASK but after then we need a serious rethink if we want to win it. Im glad there aren't two legs or we would be fucked well and truly. We get a 10 day break after Leicester. More if the second string can be trusted to not screw up a 5 goal cushion (which isn’t certain actually) So we get a bit of a chance to refresh the batteries for a 3 game tilt. We might have enough in the tank to do it.

Plenty of rest for the main players ahead of a QF, SF and Final And hopefully a couple of the fringe players start to show something useful too

The aim should be see out west ham and leceister, have a long rest then play 2 games in Europe

Want the Europa even more now after that shitshow today.

Just on the Dean thing, it's bullshit that this has happened again to us in a semi.
If people remember, fucking Moyes did the same thing before we played Everton in the 2009 semi.
When Mike Riley got the job as ref this prick came out and put pressure on him talking about him being a United fan.
"A member of the press asked me if Mike Riley was a Manchester United supporter and I think that's something you would need to bring up with the FA," Moyes said. "If you're saying that he is, you'd hope the FA would look at it. It is something that one or two managers would have something to say about."
And sure enough, we were denied an absolute cast iron pen late in extra time when Wellbeck was brought down.
How the fuck is it OK to talk this kind of shit before a game as long as it's about Man United?

By the way. De Gea has turned to shite. Our superstar defender is Harry Maguire. Liverpool have won the Champions League and the title in 12 months. Leeds are promoted. City's ban was overturned. Be honest now, did one of you fuckers sell your soul to the devil back before United played Forest, in 1990? I mean, I get it if you did. And for 20+ years of wonderful success it was probably worth it, but he always collects you know. And boy is he reaping now. I'm looking at ScholesEvilTwin, he seems like a soulless bastard.

Henderson’s position at the club improved a lot without him actually doing anything yesterday.
Biggest issue we have is the lack of quality in squad depth. Outside our strongest 11 there’s maybe 2-3 players you can rely on to do a job, but none of them are game changers.
If we want to challenge next season, we need to add 3 first team players and maybe 2 more super talented youngsters that can develop gradually into first team players.

I agree but as we all know on here if we get 3rd or 4th ole will be lucky to get 2 players in the summer as the gimps have achieved their goal and just staying ahead of arse, spurs, wolves,Leicester type teams will be suffice to keep the cash cow flowing.we may need another 100 million+ On top to be able to challenge the top sides. that’s why matic has just got a new 3 year deal as any club with top ambitions would have got a rolling 1year while the club was scouting his replacement this or next summer. as said we need 3 oven ready and maybe 2 squad players but I’m not holding my breath.

If Ole kept Romero as the fucking Cup GK we probably go through. I've seen nothing wrong from Romero's last performances to have him dropped like that , we won the EL with DDG on the bench ffs.
For all the good work Ole has done this year, he still doesn't have enough in his tactic book for me When it comes to putting out a team that can do more than just counter attack.Southampton and now chelsea have shown that a packed midfield is enough to stop us.

We've literally won all our games since they have resumed by controlling the midfield and not playing counter-attacking football.

There’s never any middle ground with United fans is there? It’s either always all shit or all good.
Yesterday was terrible from everyone, like proper bad but we are the best team in the league at the moment, that’s fact. We’ve been brilliant in the league since before the break. I will never celebrate the top 4 trophy but if you’d have said we’d be where we are now back in January we’d all have taken it.
What has happened the last couple of games in terms of the drop off in performance is simply a result of a pretty poor squad outside the starting 11. We’re all knackered, even Bruno looks well below par. Ole has run them into the ground because the alternative is playing the likes of Lingard and Pereira instead.
Yesterday might prove to be a godsend in the sense it shows we are not close to being the finished article.
