This deeper midfield two is fucking dreadful. Fred is out of form, making arguably the worst individual mistake any of our players have made this season, or even under Ole. Matic is done and has been for a while. McTominay had to start this, and has to come on now. Short term memories. I can say any of Lindelof's mistakes or even Maguire kicking the ball out in front of an open goal are worse. The place loves shitting on Fred anyway so I'm not surprised. They're both worse overall this season by a long way. I've said many times before that Fred has been excellent for most of this season. But I don't recall a specific individual mistake from either of them, on that level of braindead unforgivable stupidity, that has gone on to cost us a very good chance at a major cup in the way this Fred mistake may do. Please do correct me if you recall one. And if we go on to win this, then I will revise my opinion about how bad Fred's mistake is (though it's obviously dreadful either way). |

It's not like he was swarmed and Fred's pass wasn't even close to a red shirt. Maybe Maguire shouldn't make that particular pass, but putting any blame on him is pure agenda. Fred could have done many things what that. He was 100% at fault. Nobody else. Useless cunt. fred had nowhere else to pass the ball, because of maguire putting him under pressure and making a shit and unnecessary pass. maguire literally decided for the worst option available. both maguire and fred are to blame for that, proper shit football from them. Except a free right back, a free left back and a free goalkeeper. Other than that, you're right. |
