Some of the passing in midfield has been awful. Fred and Matic need hooking, they have been liabilities

Can we chuck Matic in the bin as well? He's useless. Big lad for defending corners, that's about it. So slow, the opposite of dynamic, and not even a particularly good passer. He shouldn't play for us again, barring a major injury crisis. We absolutely need a midfielder for those deeper slots in the summer. In the old days Fergie would ask Rodgers at full time how much Ndidi would cost and the deal would be done by the time we go to bed. Now, we'll offer £35m in September and wonder why Leicester said no. |

As a club, it's traditional policy to give one year deals to players over 30....until Matic of course who we gave a 2 year contract too. |

We need to find a way to buy Tielemans and Ndidi they would be the perfect foundation for Bruno to build attacks from.

Winner of this plays Southampton instead of Chelsea or City. A huge, huge chance to make the final if we improve our performance.
Would be typical if we finally got some luck in a draw, only to lose here (or vs. Southampton who are still a very decent side).
