I actually wouldn’t have bothered but for the Ronaldo signing, I’ve just signed up to be able to watch him tear it up for us in Europe again!

got some mates in switzerland who support fc zürich or basel. talked to them over the last week or so and everyone is excited about tonight, some managed to even get tickets in advance.
they told me it feels a bit different this time when united comes to switzerland because united feels "big" again and most football fans from the country, no matter which team they support are looking forward to see young boys play one of the giants in world football.

Bad things tend to happen when Ole rings the changes so hope we'll go full strength. No harm getting back into the rhythm of playing twice a week especially as most of our players didn't really have a proper pre-season. And good for Ronnie and Sancho and Varane to continue to get used to their new teammates.
