He`s not going to knock that back 4 excluding Varane into shape over night or that midfield, but in a few weeks we should see some positive signs.

I think it will make a massive difference for the players going into games with a clear gameplan and clear tactical instructions as opposed to being told by Ole to "do yourself proud" "be the best you can be" and "enjoy yourself".

Our players aren’t daft so I don’t think it will take next season to see what Rangnick is trying to achieve.
Sometimes talking, showing people videos and other little tweaks can make the world of difference.
The run we have coming up we really need to win ‘em all for the sake of momentum and confidence. We have far too much attacking talent to not be putting those teams to the sword, they aren’t poor teams but as I said our attack should be enough.
He has come in at the right time and I am hoping that the players fold their ego’s and listen.
Big move is to let Pogba leave in January and lingard, sends clear messages, we won’t beg anyone and we will make decisions that are logical.

It's easier to answer messages in a five minute call than faff around typing a series of replies! |

Fucking a men im more on the flip side of this. sometimes the wife will spend an hour exchanging texts with her sister and I will say to her”just ring her and you can both say what you need to say each other in 10 mins”. if phones could only text people would be crying out for them to have a speech function added to them. but each to their own. |

Adjust privacy settings though, and you don't have to answer shit...you never have to worry about the two blue ticks. Phone call though.. you've gotta do the whole going through a tunnel malarkey |
