But with names spelled correctly 😂 I was also guessing 'caught stepping' wasn't what you meant either. We knew what you are saying . Been on an impromptu date with the mrs. I’ve had a few beers 😂😂

If it was any of our previous managers I’d be less than unimpressed.

How badly does the manager view AWB.

How badly does the manager view AWB. Seemingly, about level with the rest of us.

If it was any of our previous managers I’d be less than unimpressed. Why? Because he's a 30 year old free agent who last was at Granada, while on loan from Atletico. Basically - I trust ten Hag (more than those that came before) knows what he's doing if he's after him.

This seems like a smart move to me.
Erik presumably knows him from the Dutch league where he played for PSV and once won player of the season. Things do not seem to have worked out for him since leaving PSV and he has a bad injury in recent years. But Erik has a good record of helping experienced players get their careers back on track and he could be a more defensively solid alternative to Dalot while still having a lot of energy. And we are getting him on a free.
Hopefully we will then be able to shift AWB in January and raise a bit of funds to buy a winger given Erik seems to fancy Rashford as a number 9 and Elanga isn't really good enough backup for Sancho/Antony

So we can still register players on a free? Had no idea about that.

So we can still register players on a free? Had no idea about that. Yeah due to not being tied to any club its not classed as a direct transfer. Not sure if there are any strikers out there unattached. Still can't beleive we didn't go in for Dybala or Belotti on frees.

No one impressive, the only name you may know is Matej Vydra who played for Burnley. And zaza if you miss 30 second Pogba run ups.

Didn’t realise oblak is available in on free in 2023. I’d assume atletico would move heaven and hell to get him signed up but someone behind the scenes should maybe look into it

Didn’t realise oblak is available in on free in 2023. I’d assume atletico would move heaven and hell to get him signed up but someone behind the scenes should maybe look into it www.football365.com/news/transfer-gossip-man-utd-de-gea-jan-oblak-liverpool-joao-gomes-chelsea-city-rafael-leao"UNITED EYE OBLAK ON A FREE David De Gea’s reign as Manchester United’s No.1 could be set to end after 12 years with the Spaniard in the Old Trafford sticks. The former Atletico Madrid stopper’s contract is due to expire at the end of the season and though United have the option to extend those terms for another 12 months, a report in France suggests they don’t intend to. There have been doubts over De Gea’s suitability for Erik ten Hag and Jeunes Footeux says the United boss has his eye on Jan Oblak. Oblak’s deal at Atletico is due to expire next summer too and though there was speculation earlier this year that the Slovenia keeper had agreed to extend until 2028, it seems the contract remains unsigned. To tempt Oblak to Old Trafford, United are apparently willing to double his current salary to around £15.5million a year. But PSG are said to be sniffing too since they aren’t entirely convinced by Gianluigi Donnarumma."
