I’ve said it from day ne that var needs scrapping altogether, it’s ruining the game. Goal line technology is all that is needed. The technology clearly isn't the problem. It works without significant drama or constant fuck ups elsewhere. The referees are just appalling. A clown with technology, is still a clown. |

The funny thing is Leeds is the only team that make McT ever look like a top player. He always plays well against them, but he's not even fit for his big moment.
We've been scuppered by these filthy frustrated bastards and they have gotten away with it in both games! Along with psycho lump Carroll in the Reading game. The mad thing is if we hadn't lost Casemiro in the first game and held on for the win and just got a draw against Arsenal, we would be 3 points off the top today and City v Arsenal next week

He was hardly the Boston Strangler ffs? As shown on MOTD.
I thought Marriner should’ve booked him at worst , although why thr devil he ran over and got involved in the first place escapes me!

I’d still get rid. no matter how good the technology is at the end of the day it’s just another(virtual)referee officiating on a match. Remember when they tried linesmen behind the goal(that didn’t really work either). Even with all its flaws the old format of 3 officials on the pitch has worked fine for over 100 years(you get some decisions that go for you and some that go against you) and was the debate about the game for fans and pundits. Plus the game flowed with the old format. I would prefer a little break in the flow of the game as a trade of for never experiencing a Drogba incident ever again. |

Given how useless those inconsistent cunts are I think it's a massive risk. Those three games he's out for are favourable games and a bit more at ease with us signing Sabitzer. We need him for the cup final. |

Yeah I think it is better to let it go. We got the 3 points. Most of our rivals dropped points. He isn't going to miss any big games. Sabitzer is an experienced and capable replacement. Casemiro will benefit from the rest and the Barcelona games will keep him match fit. Regardless of intent and force applied you shouldn't be putting your hands round someone's neck so while the red card might have been harsh he wasn't exactly innocent. And as we saw after the sending off the remaining players on the pitch rallied and dug deep to secure the 3 points and that gives me confidence that even without confidence the team spirit is strong enough that we can get through a few games without him.
