Definitely come to the realisation that we can't win the league right now. We've been afforded multiple opportunities to close the gap significantly and missed those opportunities due to suspensions, injuries and a reliance on poor players. Our first team is more than capable of beating anyone but you need a squad to win a PL title and we don't have that right now. At this rate a top 4 finish is our best hope of a good season.

I'm desperate for us to win the FA cup. I'm an old fart who remembers it being the biggest date in the football calendar. Same Remember when the FA cup final basically started on the Friday night with the likes of 'It's a Knockout' having a special that represented each team and on the day of the final we had the BBC at one team hotel and ITV at the other(was it just me or was it always sunny on FA cup final day). One of my most enjoyable days as a utd fan was the 77 final. |

AWB was missed last night
Casemiro massive miss and it would be ignorant to not get suitable competition in the summer for him.
We need another midfielder (realistically 2 for competition)to play next to them thus Eriksen moves further up the pitch and competes with Bruno at no.10
Irrespective of what happens with greenwood we need a striker
We need another CB of quality
By my counting we need at least 5 additions in the summer.
We also need at least 8 out permanently

The only positive from last night was the fight back from being 2 down. Don’t play rashford on the right. Sell Fred to Burnley and he can take WW back with him. It’s just highlights the point what we’ve all said on here that ‘We have 0 depth in the squad and a couple of players missing reverts us back to the shit we watched last season’. With new owners we should never have to watch all the average shit we currently have in squad again. Ten Hag's United with Casemiro: Win Without Casemiro: ... However reality is you take Eriksen and Casemiro out and that midfield is the same as yesteryear. I think Sabitzer is a good player though and will show that. Mcfred, the less i say the better because no matter what they do as a sub or what they do every 15 games, they have no business at this club in a playing capacity. Harsh but truthful |
