Drop Fernandes Drop Weghorst Drop Shaw
The first two should not even be in the squad.
There are others I wish could be dropped as well but our squad is too weak.

I mean we narrowly beat Omonia who are currently sitting 6th in the Cypriot league and still managed to concede two goals. We then beat Everton by a single goal margin, beat Omonia in the reverse fixture by a single goal margin, drew with Newcastle and then had a very strong win against Tottenham. So I think that the idea you have to smash someone to get over a shocking defeat is overblown. What we need to do is pick up the pieces, go back to basics, and grind out some results for a few weeks until we are fully healed and back to our best. Didn’t we have a decent reaction to losing 6-3 to City? Which was closer to 6-1 until very close to the end.

That's what needs to be shown from this lot now. Ten Hag will have laid down the law with them over Sunday so I'd be suprised if they half arse it in this. Some of them can't afford to now. Need to see a big game from Bruno, Shaw and Dalot (if he plays) in particular.

Just on Bruno, if ETH had never noticed or said anything before I believe he now will have a word. I don't doubt the talent of Bruno but his application and attitude as a professional player that plays for Manchester United should never be called into question based on any on the pitch antics, and he should definitely carry himself on another level as Captain. Even if we are 10 goals down he is the one player that needs to be on point. The only other thing I will say on Bruno is that the manager should not be playing him on the left, granted this should not mean he behaves like a petulant 4 year, but it would be better all round if players in general can be played in their best position.

Yeah playing him on the left should never happen again, that was an odd one. He needs to stick to what he does best. Also needs to he played in his proper position to get the best out of him. The bloke is an important part of this team. He needs to show more of those qualities.

Expecting a big response, hope we come out firing.
These are no pushovers, but Fekir being out will absolutely influence their ability to score against us.
Whether we're productive in the other direction remains to be seen.

Ten Hag has confirmed Bruno to remain as captain. . He was a pathetic but I do think taking the armband just because of Sunday is a bit harsh. But, it needs to serve as a warning to him that he needs to conduct himself better. Any more of that shit and rip it from his arm.

Browsed the Sky Sports website to check on last night's CL games. Scrolled down carefully, and didn't see any trace of that biblical-scale disaster at the weekend. Maybe an indication that there's life after THAT. Still can't bring myself to give a shit about Thursday though

Casemiro is one booking away from being handed a one-match ban in the Europa League. The Brazilian has already sat out four games due to suspension this season.
Uefa rules state that players who pick up three yellow cards from the group stages of any of its competitions onwarsd will be suspended for the next European match. Casemiro is currently on two, having been cautioned in both play-off legs against Barcelona.

Ridiculous to think we will field a more or less unchanged team from the Liverpool disaster. Squad depth is a real issue.
But at the very least we should be playing people in their best positions even if it means having that big lump as a number 9. And it would be nice to see AWB and Malacia come in for Shaw and Dalot.
