I saw John stones with 15 mins to go cryuff turn on the edge of the box , completely do 3 of our players and calmly pass it out. They had it if they needed it. Did they score though? Did Haaland make a difference. Had we’d been at it 💯 we win that. I don’t get how that’s controversial. |

They didn’t carve us apart, they scored a couple of not even half chances. I thought we were the better team for about 20-25mins of the first half, but we came out really poor second half and couldn’t pick it up. Been knackered since the League Cup final. |

Side note. It’s no wonder the seats around the halfway line are always empty after the half. I think there must have been like a small handful Of actual football fans in my section. Couldn’t get a bite to eat at HT because they all were in there like at least 5 mins before the whistle and just hung around . It’s a mistake i won’t make again. Would have rather have watched it at the pub with friends. They got their Instagram photo and stayed in the concessions? Fucking influencers and posh folk. I know I’m overseas but it’s hard not to notice the big cup finals trending this way, World Cup and all. Second half the lower terraces are bare. Edit: I’d kill for a ticket, it’s just another weekend event for these people. |

I’m not having a dig because like most of us i thought we’d get a pasting especially after that first goal but I do think it’s important to understand that we were essentially a cats toy in that second half. They had one eye on a treble and this was our last stand in the season and all we could muster up was a couple of shots. |

Spoken to a few lads that went today and they said the atmosphere was one of the worst they've witnessed. |

Conceding the fastest FA Cup Final goal ever meant we were on the back foot immediately but even without that city were confident. League champions again, going for the Treble next week. We were a box to be ticked and it looked like it. Nobody could sense where we could get an equaliser from and the penalty was from a decent but rare break. City were in second gear. We laid nothing on them. It never, I mean not for one minute, felt like we had it in us to cause the upset. We have to be honest about this. 13 fucking seconds. |
