we have to take the hit in January and sell. The likes of Sancho, DVD and Martial need to be sold, throw in Casemiro too (at his age I am not expecting much more than 6 months of high level performances if that after the way he started the season). Money has to go on a striker and another competent midfielder that will rotate/push Mainoo. If Varane is sold then obviously a CB and if by some miracle another £30-£40 million offer comes in for MCT then please get a DM. If and big IF we can maintain the gap to the top as it is now, buy well and sell in January, then we really should be moving upwards I love your positivity! I agree with much of what you say and hope that we can execute at least some of what you suggest. As we all know there loads that need to be moved on… One positive is Mainoo… Again it was a pleasure to watch him last night… He was the calmest guy on the pitch and exudes class…at 18 years old!!! We could do a lot worse than promote a few more kids… |

Manchester United have enquired about signing VfB Stuttgart striker Serhou Guirassy in January! He has scored 16 goals in 11 games this season and has a €17.5m release clause!

If we bring in another striker the Martial needs to leave.... having 3 strikers doesn't do dick for us. We have a serious midfield, defense, and GK problem. Scoring goals isn't the biggest issue right now.

Scoring goals isn't the biggest issue right now. We need a striker. Absolutely no questions about that. Martial cannot be counted on and Hojlund cannot play every game. Let's not let the last 2 games fool us, we struggle to finish chances and a striker should absolutely be looked at, if we can get one, do it. |

It doesn't matter how many goals we score at this point because our midfield gets ran right through and our defense can't defend so they will just give up that many goals as seen in every CL match we've played. |

He's Romanian so would absolutely love for him to end up here but he's not ready and the leap from Genoa here is quite steep. Also his agent is whoring him to every decent club in England. First it was Newcastle, then Spurs and now us. Highly doubt he'll even end up in Premier League. |

Apropos of nothing much I have been thinking of some of the players out on loan and I feel that I would much rather trust Alvaro Fernandez as Shaw’s back up than Malacia who seems really flaky…
