When Martial is fully fit and on form he is still our best striker. So we may as well make some use of him before he inevitably breaks down and gets injured. Hojlund is young so it won't do him any harm having to break into the team rather than being guaranteed a starting place just because we paid £70m for him. And maybe competing for a place with Hojlund will fire Martial up. I don't care which of them starts upfront so long as they score goals.
I think both Amrabat and Mount are going to be a dream for Erik to manage. Good team players that are intelligent and adaptable and will immediately grasp what Erik is trying to do.
And it is great that we can balance the experience of Casemiro and Eriksen with the youthful energy of players like Hannibal and Mainoo.
So there are some reasons to be optimistic about the season. Obviously we aren't winning the title. But we could win one of the domestic cups and finish top 4 if Erik can manage the squad well and build a good team dynamic especially now we actually have some competition for places.

Liked how easily Amrabat settled making easy passes nothing fancy and kept it simple, great considering he’s not match fit. more passes in the first half than McFred has had all season....

Arguing against Bruno after he scored a superb winning goal a few days ago is proper hilarious.
