Seems like these are all but done. I’d love to get Ugarte over the line asap. His performances for Uruguay might have put him in the shop window. Just hope he does a de Ligt and tells his agent he is not interested in anyone else but us. Romano saying he’s very keen to join Utd and talks between the clubs are ongoing.

So according to Romano, just need to agree fees for Zirkzee and De Ligt. Wages agreed and payments to agents. Zirkzee should be easy as there is a buyout clause From his YT videos Zirkzee and Hojlund paired together could be fun. He's also seemingly got a cannon of a shot with superb finishing. Excited.

You'd think that would be the logical move in games where we are down and need a winner/equaliser. For the most part he will be challenging Hojlund to start, I like that as both young and hungry so they really should be pushing eachother. Don't take your chances and likely to be benched, haven't had that is some time now.

Another bid for branwaithe, £45 plus £5. Just hope the deal for de Ligt has been agreed, if your Bayern you’d want the same

The fact that we are working on more then one deal at once shows a massive change in our transfer dealings, Everton will reject and then it's time to walk away.

Apparently Greenwood deal is close with Marseille front-runners. Only £25m. But if we have any sense we will insist on a hefty sell on percentage. And because he is a homegrown player it will be pure profit which will expand our summer budget so we have a bit more flexibility to go higher as required to close some of these deals.
As for the Sancho situation. We need to take the same approach as we did with Donny and just accept the hit but structure a deal so that if he does succeed at his next club or they are able to sell him for a much higher price we get a cut. Wages are probably the main stumbling block. No one is going to pay him £300k+ a week. He's got 2 years left on his contract so if another club is willing to pay half that and we make up the difference then that will require a £15m pay-off and we know how SJR feels about pay-offs! So maybe the only way is to try and line up a loan move with a loan fee so we can at least get a contribution for his wages. Might also be worth trying to use him as a make-weight in the Ugarte deal. I think he'd do well for PSG.

Looking at the Turkish left back now too. I know you should never buy based on a tournament (and we aren’t of course) but he was phenomenal.

Romano saying a 40-50% sell-on fee likely to be included in the Greenwood sale. INEOS seem very clued on. We are never going to get £40m because the potential suitors are cash-strapped and bigger clubs are still wary of public backlash. But he's far too good for clubs like Marseilles and Lazio and in a few years time if he keeps his nose clean and bangs in the goals bigger clubs might get tempted and we might then be looking at 40-50% of a transfer fee of well over £50m.

Being reported that Lille have accepted our offer for Yoro, player however holding out for Real who as you can imagine don't want to pay what we have offered

De Ligt and Yoro would be a dream and we could probably get the pair for not too far off the £70-£80m that Everton want for Branthwaite. And we can then sell Lindelof and Maguire to balance the books.
Yoro reportedly one year left on his contract which is why Real Madrid are playing hardball and have had an offer of £20m knocked back. £40m might be enough to get a deal done. Similar amount for De Ligt should work.
