Worth noting that this is how the club have confirmed the move. just as good if you actually click it... Mason Greenwood has left Manchester United and joined French club Olympique de Marseille on a permanent transfer. The 22 year-old English forward, who spent last season on loan at Getafe in Spain, made 129 appearances and scored 35 goals for United since making his debut in 2019. We wish Mason all the best in his future career.

But for the sell-on aspect of the deal, we’d collectively pray for a leg-breaker on debut”.

Is this Yoro lad instead of or as well as De Ligt? We’ve done well so far. Not seeing us linked with a full back though, which I think is a worry. I’ve seen nothing of Yoro (not even YouTube compilations), so at the risk of being thick, any danger he can cover at fullback? Adjust to the league that way maybe? He’s good enough but I hope we don’t.

Just thinking that if it ends up being Martinez and De Ligt at CB and we’ve got injuries at fullback, it would mean he’s still getting game time. As I say, know nowt about the lad other than the bits I’ve seen on here and the bit I posted before. Was thinking towards Fergie giving Smalling and Jones game time at RB when Rio and Vidic were still about. Probably not the best example as neither of them worked out. But the idea of getting them up to speed that way was a good one, I think. Admittedly the game has changed massively since then and you probably don’t win a Champions League with Wes Brown at RB anymore.

What’s Ugarte like on the ball? One of the benefits of Casemiro in his first season was that he has a decent range of passing and looks to progress the ball all the time. Compared to Amrabat for example.

Compared to Amrabat for example. From what I have been reading about him and iv not seen much myself tbh, he would be the shield and it would then allow mainoo to dictate the game from midfield.

Looks like we need to sell a midfielder to make the ugarte deal happen, I'd imagine that's Scotty gone, someone will pay 25-30 for him, it also is a similar situation for de ligt, if we can shift lindelof we would look at being him in as long as Bayern will drop the fee by a few quid, it seems like we have proper football people in charge of the football side now.

I love how this group isn't pissing about. Signed Zirkzee then on you Yoro, while working Yoro sells Kambwala and Greenwood, Signs Yoro and immediately agrees to terms on Ugarte. There isn't a celebration phase it's done deal back to work on the next.... we will celebrate when we win mentality.

Say what you want about MCT, he will get someone 15 goals a season and for a midfielder that is a good return. £30 million is a fair amount

Say what you want about MCT, he will get someone 15 goals a season and for a midfielder that is a good return. £30 million is a fair amount He has a total of 19 PL goals in 176 games and all of a sudden he’ll get 15 a season, just because. Great logic that.

He could be a monster in midfield. We won’t be getting bullied by teams no longer that’s for sure.
Wins the ball and gives it off quickly Im buzzing with this signing if it pulls off
