Obviously I have a horse in the race but I thought Kambwala did well. He made an a few early mistakes but was excellent afterwards I thought. Played with tremendous desire and has amazing recovery pace. Give the lad a run regardless of who comes back from injury. He did really well in a very tough first start! Him and Maguire were really good under a lot of pressure

The subs late on kill us every game. I understand we need fresh legs but it feels like he’s just tossing on bodies vs giving them direction. We lose what little shape we had and then park the bus. We concede the late goals often scrappy and a lot of pens because if you just sit out there with no direction eventually you will make mistakes. I understand we don’t have massive quality coming off the bench but surely as a manager at this level you have some kind of contingency plan!?

How are they not a worry? They’ve both cost us 4 points in 2 games? It’s not the first time, they’ve been here long enough, they’ve been mostly shit with glimpses of competence. They’re absolutely a worry. Yeah I don’t even think we have a least-of-our-worries now. Every section of the pitch is a massive concern. I hear you but at some point fans have to be realistic. Each summer we call for revolution and it just ain’t gonna happen. There is an order and for me I’d say fullbacks are probably number 4. Midfield, CB, and striker come first, essentially the spine. If PSG chuck some cash for Rashford then reality is we can look to do more this summer. I can’t see past 6 players coming in and hopefully near double that leaving.

In real time yes unfortunately. Contact with his back leg is a pen everyday. He just didn’t need to make that tackle

In real time I saw this and I thought my eyes were deceiving me. They didn’t show the replay even once. Was definitely worth a referee check.

Their front three were meh and defensively you know they can be got at! The big difference was in midfield and full backs on the ball. They are more organised and just pass and move better. They moved the ball so well from defense to attack through us and from midfield to our box, but they didn't do that much from there!
If we could have controlled a bit better and worked the transition better and not given it away so much, you would have fancied our front three today.

Yes. No doubt. Pointless tackle he didn’t need to make. Stupidity.

We should be all over Toney imo for cf, but midfield is going to be huge, getting someone next to lobbies is going to cost us a fortune isn't it. He’d cost far too much, £60 million maybe £70 million. I think we will get a striker but likely someone that doesn’t blow the budget too much if you get what I mean. I do like Toney though if Brentford are reasonable (£40 million) then he’d have plenty of options Yeah he will definitely cost a few quid but we need goals and they will hopefully come with rasmus but I don't think he's there quite yet, tbh he could be great in a few years but it's just another bad buy from the club if I'm honest the wrong player at a huge fee at the wrong time.

Both CB's and Amarabat was coming to him at the edge of the box. There was no need to make that challenge. It was a total lack of intelligence
