Imagine how the Reading defenders would feel seeing a fresh Ronaldo come on at the start of extra time. I would hate being a Reading player to see that happen!

If we put out a completely weakened team in this, i can see us losing, Fergie will probably bring back Nev, keep Rio in as Vida is out and maybe a change at left back. Kusczack in goal, Fletcher in centre mid with Carrick, Richardson on the left and Ronnie on the right.
Rooney on the bench, Saha up top with Solskjaer to start with.

A decent performance would be nice after weekend, even if the teams going to have a different look to it, Reading will be making changes too so I still expect our squad players to beat theirs but it won't be easy, 2-1 united.

Should be an interesting match, hope we dont put out to weak a team. Even if we do i would like to see a much, much better performance than vs Southend.
Maybe Richardson can actually do something for a change.

Coppel has said that the league is their main priority so I suspect you're right as he played a lot of bench players in our last encounter, but that's what concerns me a bit since they were able to draw level. I hope we have more bite today otherwise we're going to have a tough time.

Anyone else worried about tonight? I know that we have Liverpool coming up, but the F.A Cup is still a main priority and as shown in the first game we cant take Reading too lightly.
I officially have a shit in my pants...... well ok maybe not but im nervous all the same

Last season Coppel was putting out second string sides all along trying to get the knocked out of the competition and focused on the league, but they couldn't get knocked out because his players always play their best in the FA cup. Especially a live game as well, they will give it their all, hope our lads do too.
If we win this we'll need some big luck, can't predict how it will go tonight, would not suprise me if Reading win IF our team is seriously weakened.

looking forward to hearing the team news. Even if we put out a second string surely those players should be up to beating Readings B team? This should be when our fringe players prove they are good enough for first team action. Really hope we put on a good display with players showing some passion and get through to the next round. Love to see Smudger come on and score.

I'm happy with the XI, we've got a very strong bench too. I'm happy with that, we should win.
