Kuszczak doesn't do it for me, yeah few good saves but when he's between the sticks, I've said it before, I feel fuckin' nervous. He was at fault for the first goal and maybe could've saved the second.
The 4-5-1 worked well in the first half, with O'Shea and Carrick protecting the back four and Giggs, Ronaldo and Rooney supporting the lone man Larsson. Saying that, I fuckin' hate that formation!
Definite penalty, god knows how Boateng is still trying to contend the decision. Ronaldo with great composure and a great finish to make it 2-2.
We should go through with the replay.

I think attacking wise we were the best we've been for a few games, since maybe Spurs. Shame about the two goals, Tomasz was at fault for the first, but I think the marking is to blame for the second one.
Giggs did very well again.
Also, Tomasz's throws are the best since Peter Schmeichel.

We didn't make them earn their goals, we just made silly mistakes and they capitalised, missed VDS in goal as much as anything so I hope he's ok. We didn't make a single sub all game did we? obviously Fergie was confident in our bench then  |

i would have taken a replay before the game as boro are very good at home usually and with viduka and yakubu they will always cause teams problems we should win the replay back at old trafford also just wondering what you guys and gals think of lee cattermole i think he is going to be a very good player and with scholesy getting on a bit maybe he could be the one to bring on in?

Kushy had a good game, apart from their equalizer. The marking was to blame for the 2nd (lol, when's the last time Boateng scored a goal? ;D) I'll take the replay; glad to get out of the Riverside still in the Cup .. 'hate playing there. Boro sure do love replays, dont they?  |

I'm somehow pleased with that outcome! I think the first half was the best for a long time! We absolutely ruled the game like at the beginning of the season! No killing instincts up front but it will come back!
the replay is right before the international brake so it woun't hurt us big time and it takes one game off Scholes ban! So he will only miss one league game

I was a bit disappointed in our defense...and that's an understatement. I wish we didnt play as confused as we did coming off the break...it just sucked the way we played after the 2nd goal!! We had flaky defense all day...GOd I hope we play better in the Replay and shut them punk asses up! ...Rooney or Ronaldo to score... |

I thought we could've won it today .. 2 disappointing goals to concede... and we should have buried a few more of the chances, but i'll take the replay at O.T.... hopefully we will deal with them there !!
