Watched the milan-cagilri game at the weekend was quite suprised how big there squad is,milan have some excellent players and are a very clever team . Cant see us scoring too many goals against them, utd have to be on top form tonight . Any sign of the performance against boro and we are fucked . Big game for scholes tonight i feel if he is on form we can take the first leg . Cant see any of the fans leaving early tonight ,looking forward to this one .

Milan are certainly no mugs. It could go either way. This is where the players can prove their value.............. Got to be a home win. Prefferably a clean sheet. Itching with anticipation..... #unitedbanner# #yahoo#

Thats right they aint mugs . Interesting to see what there tactics are. It is time for united to prove we are a fucking big club play good football and not make any excuses . Cant use the injury crises as any form of excuse we should be ready and to play at this level you have to be prepared .

i can see them having a go at our weak defence...but that maybe could just be good for us so we can do our beautiful counter attacking play...

Should be a great night. I sure we will score we just have to make sure they don't get an away goals. I think we'll do alright though in the back of my mind I keep thinking we never make it easy for ourselves and may have to battle for it in Milan.
Time for the players to stand up and be counted.

Good news. Milan have allowed us to take 30 stewards with us to the game, and that will allow them to reduce the number of the "Itchy batton hand" police in our section.

For some reason I'm just not as worked up for this game as the last round, maybe it's the relief of the weekend and just wanting to focus on the league or all the injuries we've got that gives me this feeling of inevitability that we're going out to them (which doesn't make sense as I'm usually a wreck when I think we're gonna mess up) but whatever reason it is I'm not as anxious about this game as previous ones, hopefully it'll allow me to enjoy it a bit more ;D

This is by no means going to be another Roma match, and we can't afford to think that it will be, if we do then they WILL punish us, Kaka is a big threat tonight as is Seedorf so if we can keep them quiet then that will be a huge advantage to us. A win by a couple of goals tonight would be a great result, going to the San Siro will NOT be easy so a good result tonight is vital. And Dizzy if Pippo scores will you celebrate?

"I'll see you in the next game, wake me up for meals!"
Warren Zevon God rest his funky soul was on to something when I wrote that, well, almost that.
I want this game over, yes but I hope we do ourselves justice and get to go over there with a good chance of progressing and no more injuries. Easy does it, no stupid mistakes and just be sensible and we should be okay. They are a much harder proposistion than Roma but we should make them work hard to gain anything too.

Im glad that Evra is back. Happy about that. Fletcher at right back really worried me, but it looks better now. Not the best bench but hopefully we won't need any to come on with the exception of the more experienced players.
