Quietly and under the radar.....do you think Gary just might be fit for Wednesday? I would love to see a match day announcement that he's ready to go. Whats he doing on wednesday then?

same again really from players and the crowd. This is a very interesting tie, I would label it as experience vs youth and flair. We have experienced players aswell but most are injured. Anyway I would be happy with a 1-0 because I am confident we can score in the san siro. Its vital we prevent them from scoring. I know that sounds unlikely but if we get a positive result it puts them under pressure in milan to score and we are devasting on the counter at times. This will be a real game but my advice to the players is go express yourself and we can do another italian job.

Actually we could rest Scholes for the 2nd leg if he doesn't get booked tomorrow, bring him on in the 2nd galf if needed. good point. Wouldn't it be great if we did well enough tomorrow that SAF felt he could rest him for the away leg. Beginning to feel excited/nervous about the game already. Just want it to start Now! #bangin#

I probably won't be able to watch the match which really sucks because I either track it on the web or go to the local by my job, however tomorrow I have to take care of some real estate business and won't be around a computer or a TV....

Back in training today, so id say he might be back in 2 weeks. Id love to see him back for the Chelsea game, but I doubt he will play any part in the Champions League.
Until the final ;D

Vida will be back West Ham earliest, he's not THAT invincible, unfortunately As for Nev making a suprise appearance, who knows Fergie said a few weeks ago he'd be around for Boro probably, Milan definately, then it turned into a few more weeks again. We sure as hell need him soon as

You never know though. Fletcher was apparently out for the season and he came back pretty swiftly. Vidic is harder than the predator and the terminator combined. I bet he isn't even injured, he just fancied a rest and Fergie is too scared to ask him to return.

I've got a terrible feeling that if we get to the final Scholes or Ronaldo will miss it through a booking...

Well Ronaldo just has to be carefull not to go down to easily in the area looking for penalties, I can't see him getting booked for anything, he's not the lunging tackle kind of player, Scholes on the other hand....

I bloody wish that we had the 2nd leg @ home. But no matter; I have faith that we can get a good result @ the San Siro, depending on who's fit in time.
I hope we can win something like 2-0 or 3-0 without Ronaldo or Scholes getting booked. That way Milan would be under pressure in the 2nd leg. Here in Canada, FSW (Fox Sports World) occassionally broadcasts classic Milan games in the CL; a lot of them @ the SS. Their style of a few years ago is no different than today, but the key thing is that they don't have Shevchenko anymore (who probably guaranteed them at least 1 goal @ home). We must take advantage of that.

I've got a terrible feeling that if we get to the final Scholes or Ronaldo will miss it through a booking... U read my mind .. im hoping IF anything, one of either should miss the second leg or not even play in it, which is why it is vital we get a good result tonight !!!
