It wasn't half so bad of a performance bar the three pathetic goals conceded, but few United players looked like they cared to put the ball in. We had the chances, but nobody stepped up. We just needed one goal to get us going, but it never came. I know we can't blame the referee again, but he was just as pathetic as United were.
Can't help, but feel we missed a big opportunity...

I don't agree with that, I don't think they did their best at all, they were shambolic, I'm not taking away from the season we've had, as we've been sensational for the majority of the season and the team have deserved all the plaudits they've gotten but at the same time they aren't immune from criticism and tonights performance was way below the standard expected from Manchester United. Of course that doesn't mean we should tear up up Ronnies contract but he was shit tonight as were others and that shoudln't just be ignored. We'll move on and focus on the positives of this season and hopefully learn from this horrible night but the players should feel disappointed with themselves tonight as they didn't do themselves justice and I think they'll know that. They play as a team - and they should stand up and be accountable as a team too - I was annoyed that individuals were being singled out for criticism - As for being a terrible night - of course you are right - but at least now we know how good we really are compared to the rest of the European teams - and we aint too far away from being the best - now Fergie can add the finishing touches to this bunch and for me - next year is gonna be awesome - even better than this one - they are 1/33 for the Prem now - I haven't seen many teams lose at odds like that - tho England do tend to give it a good go, lol. No offence to the English i agree, there bound to be getting low on fuel to,they've worked really hard all season and in the second half tonight, and the people on the shoutbox who said fletcher should have been of should be ashamed, the chap is a f**king hero

Maybe I have a weird outlook on these things - in our national team - if someone is picked to play this is the biggest thing in his life and he will die before playing a bad game - and if the team lose 10-0 we are very proud of them and we are grateful they stepped up and represented us - no way will they play a bad game on purpose !!!! Same with United tonight - OK so they have been beaten but I am amazed people pick faults in them and criticise them so much - its a shame for them too ya know - they wont be very happy for a couple of days........ Same when England get beaten - even before the game the press criticise them - then they go for a world cup and get knocked out - and the fans point the finger at someone - and if no one is to blame they find someone like Cristiano Ronaldo to blame for their failure in the World Cup - did anyone ever stop and think maybe England are just not good enough ? Hmmmmm......... Please dont be down beat about this - now we must go win the double - and thats a good thing yes ??

Those Glazers said £50,000,000 was available for spending - so if we add Hargreaves, Richards from Man City and that Dutch guy whose name escapes me right now - I think we're gonna do a whole lot of damage next year - after lifting the double for the 3rd time this year Wooooo Hoooooo !!! Bet the Dippers would like some of what we got for sure huh ?

Ancelloti said it was a "perfect" performance. Tonight proved how much we need a player like Hargreaves.

Outplayed, Outclassed, and out of gas... that sums it up for me ... but despite that , a part of me is incredibly proud of how far we've come this season considering the way we were written off at the start and all what we'd hoped for at the start too ... Common boys, KEEP THE RED FLAG FLYING HIGH and LETS GET OUR TROPHY BACK ! And now let Milan beat the scum
