Christ, Mourinho's at it again, claiming we had our best team out and they totally controlled the game against the Champions  Chelsea were dominating the possession for the first half hour but did sod all with it, we always looked more dangerous and once we managed to keep hold of the ball a bit better we controlled them and should have gone on to win comfortably but let them back in with that one chance before half time, annoyed me how they kept saying Malouda outmuscled Rio though when he was clearly having a hard time staying on his feet 'cos he was off balance. The quality of our football was a lot better than theirs and we still had quite a bit of room for improvement so it's encouraging for the new season, had to laugh at Nani's first few touches though, he was all over the show, thankfully the change of boots helped lol. It's a brand new season but all the noises coming out of chelsea are the same, moaning about injuries and all that bollocks, god only knows what they're gonna be like during the African nations. |

VDS was amazinggggg  ! thought it was a pretty decent performance all in all, some of our attacking at times was breathtaking...poor goal to concede.. but still.. in the end we won... was enjoyable, and this now means... THE PREMIER LEAGUE IS BACK ! |

Yep good performance, the expected slopiness will be removed in a few games. We are looking sharp up front, but we have the occasional jitter at the back, which we have to wipe out cos we simply cannot be making mistakes if we want to retain our trophy

I felt a little for him but he will get used to it! u speak my mind hehe, but i think for him getting this game out of the way and also winning something is good, plus we have CQ and Ronnie who will get him going the premier league as well so i wouldnt worry much ... People blaming Chelsea's injuries again what bollocks! We had no Neville, Scholes, Saha, Solskjaer, Hargreaves, Anderson and Tevez...thats how much we were missing.
McDonald's man of the match was Ashley Cole, how the fuck did he do that? It was Patrice Evra by far, United created the clear cut chances and he was quality on the left wing.
Nani had a few shakey first touches but then got into the game and was good, he can take corners too which will allow us to get Rooney and Ronaldo into the box.
Enjoyed the day out, Wembley is great, the atmosphere will improve in time but yeah was great and we won too, what more could I ask for.
Will post up pics and videos tomorrow.
