Another thing i cannot understand(as u know im a girl ;D)why he played as midfilder and not as stricker? Im not saying he have too be quick to adapt but i think in a team like ours full of champions should be easier thats it. Tevez is not an out an out striker. He likes to play in the hole and bring others into the game. He is more a creator than a scorer, but he can score as we saw last year. At West Ham he had Zamora / Harewood playing in front with him. At Utd he has had no out and out striker playing with him - bar Saha today and the 2nd half Sunderland. To expect Tevez to be banging in goals is hell of unfair considering that he is been played out of position and to not give him any props after todays game is just crazy. Maybe you are just biased against him and wont be satisfied unless he is banging in hat tricks every game... So i guess when I log on after the new year I can expect to see a dissing post under your name regarding Tevez...sad

All i did has been giving an opinion im not trying to kill Tevez reputation with my comments if he will start to score (and at my eyes) playing better i will be the first to praise him and if i wrong i will be the first to say how silly i was. Dnt worry im pretty hard with myself.

Happy that we added another three points and for a moment were top of the league. If we can only be a bit more productive in the final third of the field we'll take the Championship again this season. While our offense has been non-exsistant our defense has been world class. Evra- I would say hes been the most consistent player this season. Every game you see him busting his balls to get down that wing, to win that tackle etc never puts a wrong foot in and I hope that idiot Heinze is watching so he can see what a real LB should behave and play like. Vidic - getting things done on both sides of the field. Hes that partner that Rios been looking for ever since we signed him. Hes only 26ish so hopefully he has many more prdouctive years at United. Giggs - is how I feel about his performance. I have absolutly hated the way hes been playing this season. Considering he had three weeks off (Sunderland and International break) he looked dreadful out there. And ya maybe playing off the front man had something to do with it but he himself said that he feels comfortable in that position, that he has the experience to do well in that position etc. Remember that he hasnt played well in his natural left wing position either. Shitty captain if u ask me.

Back from Goodison and Vidic was my man of the match. Evra again impressed and it's nice to see him be able to shift positions down the flanks when he's called apon. Unlucky Silvestre, he had a good game til he got injured. Tevez did his job well. Good link-up play. As per, we were great support-wise.
Apparently Scholes should've been sent off. I'm gonna go watch the extended highlights soon. What about their 'goal'? I heard the 'goal' and the apparent second yellow Scholes was meant to get were not meant to be, by a few mates back home.

At least with Fletcher, Oshea, and now Silvestre out injured it will force SAF into playing Pique , Gibson , Bardsley, Dong , etc and maybe 1 of them will grab the opportunity with both hands. The 8 minutes that Pique got today showed me a bit of the lads composure on the ball. Looks class. I havent seen any of him before.

Carrick and Tevez two players iv been giving stick to i thought were our best players,Scholes had a stinker.Tevez made some great thru balls and looks like he is gelling into the team.Would of preffered to seen Nani and Saha start from the begining. We still dont look to like the team of last year but if we keep winning then great.Vidics goal was brilliant but Rio to me looks out of it....

it is a little worrying that we aint finding the net very much as of late. but we need not worry because when we do click ( and it wont be long) we will be ruthless again. but we are still picking up points and that my friends is how championships are won. we do not fear chavs, gunners, magpies, city or scousers we shall emerge triumphant come may and leave all the others dreaming of winning the worlds best league.

Scholes should've been off, it was one of those stupid hacks he does sometimes after getting an unjust yellow, which came for dissent. I thought the reff lost control of that game, he found himself giving yellows and fouls trying to make up for earlier decisions and went with the crowd when he didn't have a line of sight

rio for me made only one decent contribution and that was the block on yakubu. Vidic was so dominate in the air and deserved his goal for his performance. Again a lack of direct and penetration near cost us. Quite dissappointed by that performance because everton were quite ordinary and we have a big game midweek.

Well thank fuck for that. Again, not an incredible performance, but whilst we're in this limbo period, waiting for injured players to return and for others to find their form, I'm more than happy to take three points and an average performance at Goodison Park.
I thought Vidic was pretty shakey all game tbh, but more than made up for that with the goal. Cracking head. So commanding to get in front of the defender and make such good contact with the ball.
Everton had a couple of chances, but all in all, we were pretty level pegging. A draw would have been a fairer result based on performance, but the teams were separated by a quality goal.
I wish Scholesy would stop going in to self destruct mode though. It's scary when he gets like that.

Oh, and great credit to Mikel Arteta for getting up immediately after Scholes' silly tackle whilst on a yellow. Not only did Arteta not make the most of it, he got up straight away. Good to see there was no acting or anything.

Poor performance, but more than likely the players had there thoughts on Wednesday.
Again we kep the ball reall well, but without a proper out and out striker we look extremely toothless. Saha was again the difference when he came on, we looked like we could create a few clear cut chances when he came on. He shoukd defintiely start Wednesday.

I didn't think it was a poor peformance actually. We passed the ball really well, defended well, but we just couldn't create or take chances. I do agree that we do need an out and out striker, and I think if Saha had been fit enough to start against Everton he would have done. As for him making a difference when he came on, I'm not so sure about that.
