Unless something drastic happens, Bale isn't going to replace Young or Nani. Evra however... He would be a bit expensive for a left back and I`m not convinced about him as a defender. That Marseille LB looked great against us, Sissoko?He was quite young aswell I think, 21-22.Looked a great prospect. |

Bale is a waste and a liability at left back. He was moved to the wing for a reason.

I'd take Fellaini as well (Is that just me by the way?) box to box midfielder, 6 foot 4, solid at set pieces in both boxes, score goals, still young.

I don't think Fellaini is good enough, and he's not the sort of midfielder we need. I'd take Baines and Barkley. Not convinced about Rodwell yet, while we're on the subject of Everton players.

I like Evra but I meant long term I'd take Baines since he's a few years younger than Evra. I know Evra gets too much criticism but you've got to admit his forms gone downhill fast the last year and he looks a liability at times though. |
