I have to go to this specific back building place once I am done physiotherapy. After that I will concentrate on cardio and fitness levels, then I will go for a bit of definition. None of this Big Poppa Pump stuff though. That is disgusting.

Been going once a week since the turn of the year. Really feeling the benefits. I'm happier and sleeping better. Lost a bit of weight too.
My only problem is I still have my man boobs. Any tips on how to get rid?

You might feel a bit queer doing it, but aerobic exercise works wonders.

You managing well with your detox/diet? Peanuts, brazil nuts, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, sesame, sunflower, lin, millet and poppy seeds, weetabix, shredded wheat, porridge, wholemeal bread, cabbage, peas, bananas (depends on the person), pears, apples, blueberries and blackberries in smoothie form, lots of water. I respect anybody willing to make a better difference to their lives, but he had a personal trainer and nutritionist.

You managing well with your detox/diet? it was a 4 day thing, def felt some benefits after, will try and do it twice a year or so. one habit i've kept from the diet was drinking more water I respect anybody willing to make a better difference to their lives, but he had a personal trainer and nutritionist. he is now a personal trainer himself. i imagine the point in the book is to reteach what he was taught. still the info is out there if people want it. i'm following a particular book for precise exercise and nutrition guidelines. the motivation has got to come from myself

I got some you can have lol, been going the gym for the past 3 weeks now and although I cant see any difference ive lost 8lb and feel a lot better for it. Noticed a good change in the resistance of what Im able to do aswell, doing a fair bit longer on machines since I started going. Changing my eating habits have made a difference aswell. Just the old impatient kicking in, wanna see results lol. Gonna take a fair while to get to my goal but keep it goin and I WILL get there. As tatty said about the old mooblets. Im presuming as you lose the weight through cardio they will disapear also? Or will doing the likes of chest weights improve the chances of them going?

Never been in a gym in years, you wanna lose weight of get fit then try cycling if running would be to hard on your limbs. Its not rocket science, eat 3 meals a day, no snacking and train3 or 4 times a week. I know lots of lads that suck down these protein drinks and get big and a touch stronger but there just big and slow.
