Ha, got a Samsung and never noticed an app in it. I just did a screenshot but I can't upload it to here on the mobile. One in the middle?

Smoothies are a great way to help get you fruit and veg intake, but I'd never ever use them as a meal substitute. Primarily as if you don't eat enough, your body will just store all the sugar from your fruit smoothie as fat for the energy it needs. If anything, maybe make slight changes to your meal habits. For example, I had some left over tuna steaks and broccoli for breakfast this morning. As anything can be a breakfast food. I usually just have turkey bacon and avocado most mornings, with a bagel, but I forgot to go shopping over the weekend. :/ Monday gym session later on too. Kettlebell work, cardio and some basic yoga for me. Plus the sugar increases when you blend fruit as it's not in its original form. Learnt that the other day. Couldn't believe it. Absolutely recommend the lean in 15 books. Each meal takes 15 mins and they are spot on. www.amazon.co.uk/Lean-15-minute-workouts-strong/dp/1509800697/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1470041349&sr=8-1&keywords=lean+in+15Yesterday was my cheat day though. The app says I need to eat 2440 calories a day. Yesterday, I had 4200 calories. The app also manages steps though which means you can have more calories based on the more steps you take. I played golf and walked 12.5 miles through the whole day. Turns out, I only ate 500 more calories than I needed. Great app.

How often to people get sports massages? I'm currently on once a month, as my mate just became a qualified physio/masseuse. Puts me in agony for an hour, then I get light-headed straight after, but feels incredible to be dead loose. Helps with heavy lifting too. Might need to up it to once a fortnight.

Few PB's in the gym last night.
Repped out 80kg on the bench. 1st two were textbook, 3rd was meh, 4th was uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuugly! Still, a rep is a rep.
Also managed to do a 33 inch Box Jump, which is a goal I set a few weeks ago. It was more mental than physical I couldn't do it, so dead chuffed with that one.

I don't even dare try box jumping. I know that, no matter what the height, I'll trip and embarrass myself.

I love doing them though, a real good aerobic leg exercise that perfectly compliments squatting/lunges, I find. Also, I never lifted weights until 2 years ago, and even then I was only benching 30kg when I started, so feel like 80kg is a decent return on 2 years of graft and refining a technique that works for me. Hope to be over 100kg by this time next year.

Life and diet tends to revolve around it. There at 6am before work. Start the day that way and I feel great for the rest of it.

I've started with 30/35. Completely out of the way of it and lost everything. Now I'm in love with a fitness freak I need to get it back in order to woo her.

Oh, don't know people's thoughts on Crossfit, but Fittest on Earth on Netflix is well worth a watch. Kristina Davidsdottir is the love of my life. Haha!

I cannot recommend enough boxing, muay Thai or mma gyms for a good workout. I go to the gym in my own time but train also in a muay Thai gym, the tips u get off people who actually coach these arts are invaluable. Slight adjustments here and there, new exercises. Always picking up new ideas.

Always picking up new ideas. It's crazy excercise. The fitter you are the harder you hit and the more pushups and burpees you do. Never an easy session.
