Hope we hear something official soon. If Arse can agree a deal with Cologne for Podolski, we can get this done.
DO IT!

£8 million for Kagawa?! That's impossible. No way could we ever get someone like him for that amount. If that's real, and if I was Fergie - I'd snap off their hands right now for that amount. Hmm, considering Ozil and Khedira both went for €15 million and Marin has cost Chelsea £7m~ I don't think it'll be too much higher than £8m, maybe around the £12m mark? By that virtue of thought... we should try to nab Goetze and Subotic as well then! Maybe we could offer them £40million for the 3 of them.

Haha if only, Kagawa isn't as highly rated as Goetze though and they both have years left on their contracts. Kagawa is cheaper due to his contract situation, if he had 3 years left I think we'd be looking at £20m mark which would probably similar to Subotic. One realistic option maybe Sahin though, Balague has said that he, Kaka and Lass are all up for sale. Maybe rekindle the magic of Kagawa and Sahin before the later moved on?

From The Guardian:
Manchester United are in a keening funk over Japanese midfield sprite Shinji Kagawa, who has turned down a new contract offer from Borussia Dortmund. Kagawa could join United in the summer. Dortmund want £5m. "We have a Plan A and B and we will follow one of them," Dortmund director of sport Michael Zorc said, frowning over a series of heavily annotated flipchart diagrams, adjusting his pince-nez and making a little steeple with his fingers.
According to The Mail, Sir Alex Ferguson, Mike Phelan and somebody else called Rene Meulensteen all watched likeable Scando-beanpole Gylfi Sigurdsson play for Swansea on Saturday. Hoffenheim want £10m for the gangling dead-ball ace.
£5m for Kagawa now?!!

Heck for that money I'm sure we at RoM could chip in to help convince uncle Malcolm!

If we can keep them down to a single-figure sum, I think this deal could be done. I really do.
(Note to bestie - sorry for the positivity regarding the possibility of this transfer, I know you'll accuse us of jinxing it again)

Anyone else have the feeling that this one will be announced soon? From what i gathered over the last few weeks, apparently Fergie wants to get any transfer business done before the Euros. Can't for the life of me remember where i saw it, but i genuinely saw it somewhere..!

Just on the lad Kagawa, i have seen him for Dortmund quite a bit, and he's a talented player no two ways about it.
Very skillful.
