I think we'd all be delighted with that. yep that'd be a tidy bit of business ,plus we would have got two , i repeat 2 Good Solid Midfield personnel for under 50 Mil , not taking into account Powell , I'd say that this would very much be the summer we'd hoped for. always said to myself that with our relations with Porto good this could always be a done deal P.S. Could we also tie up Nani with a long contract along with this one. |

The fee bid is actually €20mill - which is nearer Porto's €25mill valuation than £20mill forgot £'s to €'s increases on exchange.

Nope, papers should be correcting it as they got it wrong. United actually have bid €20mill.
Since when have United ever bid the exact amount wanted for a player?

So, I expect us to up our bid before close of business today, seeing as Modric has agreed to join Real. im not seeing that reported anywhere tatty. all the reports are to the contrary. suggesting his move to RM is off. Don't tell me u have water tight links to the Spuds now too do yah?  |
