If the summer's transfer business were a Rockstar game, it'd be at about 83% completion at the moment. Just need to find those last few hidden packages and pull off a unique stunt (signing a left-back). I would have thought the RVP signing would go down as a unique stunt.

I was thinking more along the lines of two big transfers in one window. But yeah, I did think about that.

It just goes to show you that the likes of Hazard and Lucas can go and stick it when you look at how they play out ther transfer sagas in public. Little self indulged cunts who will not fulfill their potential in my opinion. RVP never opened his mouth until the transfer went through and no agent nonsense either.
Thank fuck for us not signing the above mentioned dicks.

Considering it looked bleak after signing Kagawa and Powell, seeing as we missed out on Hazard and Moura. Looked to be a bit of a shitty ending and looked like we wasted to much on the Brazilian twot. But now looking at it I couldn't be fucking happier. Signed 2 of the best players in the Europe last season and a player that has a lot of promise.
Glad we didnt sign the money grabbing cunts and chose 3 players that joined for 1 reason, to be successful, granted RVP's wages are pretty high but im sure shitty would have offered more to get him there. They stuck the proverbial 2 fingers up to money grabbing fantasy football bellends which I have more admiration for..............Unlike Milners bench buddy Jack Rodwell. Unlucky cunty bollocks.

vidic back, fletcher back, rvp, kagawa and powell added. get a leftback, sell, berba, macheda and if a 15 million offer comes in for him anderson, this will be a fantastic summer of transfers by us. just to elaborate i think the potential is there but i dont see anderson realising it so at 15 million then i'd take it

Can still see one more coming in, especially if we, as expected, sell Berbz and Mancheddar.

Wasn't Ferguson bigging up Macheda the other day?
Doubt he's going, permanently at least.

It wouldn't be like Fergie to big up a player that he's trying to sell.

IF everyone is fit and plays to their potential then we're in for an exciting season...BUT....you know there's an injury crisis (either defensive or midfield) just around the corner waiting to screw things up. Thanks for for the positivity...!!

Well we now have cover at Left-back. Hopefully he's good enough to usurp Pat, because that would be a very special signing. But if he doesn't turn out to be that good, hopefully he is good enough to make Evra raise his own game - a fully focused Evra would (and I hate myself for saying this) be like a new signing.

I hope this is the right thread for this. Didn't find any other more accurate for the post and I'm too lazy to start a new one.
Anyway, there seems to be some movement in the market. Gaston Ramirez is off to Soton and QPR are signing Mbia from Marseille.
Deadline day today folks.
Does anyone think we'll sign another player before the window shuts?
