Been checking out some of the bands I haven't heard of playing at Download this year - Uncle acid and the deadbeats and Graveyard have interested me. Will be checking them out, clashes permitting.

not sure about this year, first choice is to go on holiday with the boys, if that doesn't happen then i'll prob go. or by some miracle i can afford both
line-up is weak compared to last years, still quite a few bands id like to see though. Hang the Bastard are there in the undercard, i'll have some of that.

As long as there's a few bands i'm interested in seeing I'm happy. I think I only saw 10 bands across the 3 days last year. Inebriation got the better of me.

same here, as well as bad organisation. also one of my mates couldn't be arsed to do anything, and the other one was laid out with tooth ache for most of the festival because he should have had it out before we went.
the way to do it is to be in the arena all day, but how fooking expensive is that? luckily last year with the mud we smuggled a tin in each boot and my mate wore waders which took a few more ;D

If anyone was/is a fan of Broadcast the soundtrack to Berberian Sound Studio is fantastic. It's also sadly the last thing Trish Keenan did before she died.
