At the moment based on form, two of our most talented players, Pogba and Alexis are not doing nearly enough. They are both in poor form, for whatever reason. We really need those two to start putting in big performances and we could have a really good season. It remains to be seen, but here's hoping

So did you watch until the end last night? Nope . I was off at half time . But when I woke up in the morning , it was a mix of elation and regret. It could have easily gone either way tbh.

At one point last night, Lindelof was just outside their box supplementing our attack. Smalling gets a nosebleed and shits himself if he crosses the halfway line and immediately passes to the closest player behind him.
I realise this isnt the true test of a CB, but it's a finer test of an actual footballer. Smalling has been at this club for near on a decade, and people look to jump on the back of a guy less than a year, and probably less than ten starts into his career with us yet (IMO) already looks like a better defender than 'Mike'
Should be sent off every other game, or at least arrested for sexual harassment the way he gropes defenders at every free kick or corner.

I think Linedlof has the potential. He is probably the best ball player of all of them, but seriously I hope to fuck Jones and Bailly get back soon especially for crunch games later in the CL and FA cup, because he is nowhere near it now Well we've not lost since Jones has been injured. Smalling and Jones can't play together anyway.

I get the sense both players are taking one touch to many instead of just passing and moving. The amount of times Alexis controlled the ball, turned into trouble and lost it last night was astonishing. Pogba is apparently trying to “Hollywood pass” himself out of his dip in form instead of, again, just picking the simple pass and using his speed and physique to move into space.

When I watch Lindelof, I see the defender you hope hes going to become. He isn’t there yet but I think he’ll get there. Also, I watched some of Barca-Ath Madrid on Sunday. Couthino was largely irrelevant and contributed bugger all. It’s probably unrealistic to expect even very gifted players to come in and hit the ground running after January transfers. So perhaps we were expecting too much of Sanchez. True that, but shouldn't make him undroppable, if it's not working? At least temporarily, because he has been very poor He absolutely should not be undroppable.

I really don't think Lindelof was as bad as some thought he was last night. I actually feel more confident seeing him in there with every game he plays. Way too soon to be writing off a young central defender in his first season in England anyway, that's for sure. But Couthino isn't on 2.2million a week.

Only 2 more things I want this season more than anything else now. Smash the Saturday and the FA cup. CL?

The way he has up playing away from home if we go up against any of the bigger sides then the tie will be over before the 2nd leg. The best we can hope for is a bit more of a run if we're lucky

At least temporarily, because he has been very poor He absolutely should not be undroppable. 2bh I don't think its all down to him either. He's a worker I'll five the guy that, he has been quite poor since arriving but I feel the blame is also with Jose. Martial, Rashford and Sanchez. He doesn't know where best to play any of them to get the best out of them. Martial has been good this season on the left, Sanchez arrives and he ships him out on the right to accommodate Sanchez, then last night he switches Sanchez to the left. He needs to stick to a plan instead of constantly switching things around.

On paper we are good enough but until we play as a team and not individuals we wont be good enough on the pitch. Neville said himself there's to much individuality in the side, Pogba's dire performance proved that last night. Was screaming at the tv watching him being a lazy cunt with his defensive duties. Again not playing as part of a team. It took us to go 2-0 down last night to show some fight and desire. We need to show this more or its just papering over cracks.
